We did not stay at this hotel as we were booked into an alternative but once in Kep we realized we had maybe made the wrong choice as everybody spoke very highly about the accommodation. But we were fortune to eat in the restaurant, and wow was it good, it was obvious to us the food is prepared with love so in fact we ate the following 3 nights as the food is in our option exceptional. We had the opportunity to speak to the owner and the Chef (Mr Bun). He is an unassuming chef enjoys his job with a fantastic passion, and just wishes to please every single customer. If you are ever in Kep search out the hidden treasure of a hotel and restaurant with a great atmosphere and every employee has a smile...

Great affordable hotel in Kep. We stayed for two nights and had exceptional service from Sawatee (spelling is wrong probably sorry!). She made sure our stay was perfect and had everything we needed. Great wifi. Rooms are basic but just what you need. Stay here to meet the Cambodian staff and experience true hospitality!!

Great location but the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. In the room: the mattress felt cheap and uncomfortable, the light switch was broken, the drain in the shower clogged up very quickly, and there were many mosquitoes in the room at night. There was also a lot of noise at night and early in the morning - waking up at 5am to children running around above my head wasn't the beach getaway I had in mind
The lady and man who were working on reception and the bar for the duration of our stay were absolutely lovely! Unfortunately though, I used their laundry service and ended up with 4 stained t-shirts and also ruined a pair of my shorts.
For this price in Cambodia, I think you can do much better.

A wonderful place in the making. A little worn however that's the sea air.
I only marked the room down as a safe and hairdryer is not there and the outdoor seating is a mess. I ripped my top on the wire.
Great staff, strong women❣️
No activities at night but beach is a stones throw away.
Monkeys on the balcony ❣️

I'm a little confused what the area is. All the hammocks and bars make it look like a slum. It's not the hotels fault but it's ruining the lovely image. You don't want drunk tourists flocking.

Loved this boutique hotel and the staff. Kep has an amazing atmosphere fuelled by the locals. The hotel is quirky and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They all spoke good English especially the young woman on reception who helped us to book onward travel. The owner is very nice and makes an effort to engage with the customers as does the barman who makes some very good cocktails. Local and French cuisine is available at the restaurant. We had a nice sea view room and was also luckily enough to be visited by some monkeys on our balcony.

This place is just on the beach. The welcome by the receptionist and the cook is so nice and friendly.
The room is big and clean.
It is exactly enough for sleeping, showering, eating. I asked for a salad of vegetables and despite the fact that it is not in the menu the chef was nice enough to prepare it, for à very cheap amount.
The room is incredibly cheap as well.
All is perfect for a traveler who is not fussy.
I appreciate the staff, they are really very nice, gentle.
I will come here again and recommand without hesitation.

I've stayed at this location every time I visited Kep. I hope to visit Kep again in the future and stay here again. I had met the owner a couple times. I opted for the room with the fan. Anyway, it was fine.
