A very nice hotel room ruined by poor cleaning standards. Chinese and cambodian people need to understand that cleaning it's not just mopping and polishing. You need to descale, scrub, bleach. When i got in the room it smelled musty, mildewy, there was water on the floor, probably the fridge was leaking. The bathtub was disgusting, the corners were all dirty, the floor seal was mouldy, the toilet seat was grey and cracked, the pillows uncomfortable and smelly.

I stayed there one night . And I really liked it . That city is a chaos , full of ******* and dark night life , I don’t like the city . The first night I stayed in one resort but besides it was a big resort it was also ****** and the environment was very bad , so the next day I changed the hotel to Chan boutique, and wow thats another story , Chan boutique is proper for renting , the amaneties are beautiful , and it feels like in another city . If you have to go to sihanoukville I recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel in a quiet location. The service was very friendly. The rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is simple but sufficient.

Close to the beach. The pool was amazing. It was near the beach with a four minute walk. The buffet was alright with an Asian focus. I enjoyed the fish, chicken and omelet. The room was large and beautiful. The wifi was weak. I would stay here again for a quiet vacation.

The room is facing the pool which is quite nice and relaxing. Room decor is a good blend of modern with natural design. Buffet breakfast is quite comprehensive for a hotel of this size. Hotel is located at the end of Otres beach which makes it quiet for sleeping.
