However, no formal repair quotation, contractor invoice, or itemized cost breakdown was provided—only an internal charge receipt.
While I understand the need to take responsibility, the lack of transparency and justification for the amount made the situation feel unreasonable and uncomfortable.
I hope the hotel can improve its damage assessment process and provide clearer, evidence-based pricing in the future.
Unfortunately, due to this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
