Queenco Entertainment Resort in Sihanoukville

A 5* rating is far below what this resort offers. For the discerning traveller you get an exceptional all round experience at an unbelievable price. Thank you to the Manager Sean Saing for seamlessly arranging my family's holiday from start to end with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. The hotel itself is comparable to a high end resort with several restaurants serving exceptional quality food and menus for every taste. From one end, the pool bar is large and has attentive waitrons serving beautiful cocktail with a good pool menu. There is more retaurants further down with excellent seafood choices. A small dessert shoppe is also available for the 24hr sweet tooth with divine mini cheesecakes.
For those who like the nightlife there is a classy club inside with great music by DJ Dave and the manager Marie is attentive to the guests comfort. We met service manager Ravy on site and were impressed that all hotel managers and staff were so immersed in guest relations and satisfaction which is what makes this hotel second to none in the area.
Their is an onsite casino which offers 24 hour meals as well and assistants to help you if you are unsure of the machines. All in all it was an absolute fun experience.
The rooms can be described as 6* with beautifully designed spaces and cleanliness with every amenity and creature comfort catered for. From a nespresso machine to soft fluffy robes and a rain shower, you will feel nothing but pampered.

If you are going to Koh Rong this is the perfect stop situated less than 5mins from the ferry and the hotel offers complementory transport and assistance with your booking to the pier.

After visiting 100s of high end hotels across the world, I would remember this in my top 5 experiences without a doubt.

The beach bar was good. The place clean and great view. The swimming pool open until 11pm. They also have gym and spa. Include hotel and casino. Great place to chilling and enjoying view.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding—very attentive, warm, and genuinely nice staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a free airport pickup and a complimentary room upgrade, which really set the tone for our stay.

The restaurant was lovely, offering delicious food, and the breakfast was absolutely superb with a great variety and excellent quality. Everything was handled with care and professionalism, and we truly felt looked after throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

Hello super nice

Stayed just one night, but it was a really pleasant experience. We were surprised with an upgrade to a spacious, comfortable room, which was a great start. Every staff member we met was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. There isn’t a whole lot to do in the city itself, but that’s certainly not the hotel’s fault — they really do their part to make your stay enjoyable. Overall, a welcoming place that I’d happily recommend

The hotel might be small but got everything, the room is spacious and clean and everyone is super nice, the manager Ken helped me arrange a free ride to the port and also upgraded the room! The best service ever! The casino and restaurant are great as well

Been staying at QueenCo for a little while, and so far i am very pleased. The staff here is incredibly nice, the best hotel gym I ever used, and the location is right on the beach.

I mosty play poker here, so cant give any feedback on the other casino games. They offer daily tournaments and cashgames. Mostly 1/3 for cashgame, tournaments seems to be ranging from 20-150 dollar.

If you want everything under one roof, Queenco is an ideal destination.
