Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Highly recommend this hotel. Clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet is good. Staff are very helpful. Pool is clean.

I highly recommend staying here. The staff are exceptional at the front desk, the hotel is incredibly beautiful, the restaurant is great, and I had a lovely stay. The hotel is well cleaned and decorated very nicely. I wish I had spent more time there!

Service is amazing however the rooms, particularly the bathrooms are needing some updating. Every time you use the shower it floods the whole bathroom and the water isn't directed to the plug hole on the floor so it just sits there.

It's not big hotel, but it's very comfortable. Rooms are very clean, with nice stuff. Air condition in the rooms works very good. If you need quite large room, comfort, and silence you will find it in this hotel. Another thing is hotel service. People who work there, are very, very nice. They are very helpful and hospitable!! Very well located and super organized 5-stars hotel. We spent two nights here to combine with a visit at Angkor Wat and we enjoyed a lot. WoW! What a hidden gem - the Saem Siemreap hotel is close to everything. From well laid out rooms with everything you need, to buffet breakfast, a super clean pool and incredibly friendly staff that cannot do enough, especially Miss Sochin who leads the team. I'm guessing the amenities have changed since COVID (as admitted by staff) - meaning some were reduced and have not been reinstated. I had relied on reviews from others, which mentioned amenities that are not current. Rooms were nicely decorated and cleaned/ made every day! The lobby on the forth floor did not have any air circulation and was hot. There was no separate help desk on the privilege floor. They mentioned 20% additional discount on the current spa treatments but refused to add that/ honor that for the treatments that already had some seasonal discounts for anyone. The rooms and the hotel as a whole are very stylish, featuring lots of wooden furniture and Cambodian-inspired decor; highly recommended. The only downside is its location a bit far from the center of the city, making dining and shopping less convenient.

The setting, room, food and service were all outstanding. Chef Kim is an inventive chef who uses the local ingredients in delicious ways. The pool was a relief from the hot sun and the staff could it have been nicer or more attentive.

Absolutely loved staying here while exploring temples in Siem Reap! The staff is amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean, and we loved the food and cocktails, especially the breakfast! We got to try aerial yoga here (first time for us) and that was so memorable. The grounds are stunning too. Everything about this stay was perfect and I’d absolutely go back when visiting Cambodia.

The property is fab. The staff are brilliant - so helpful. The tuk-tuk arrangements are great. We used Mr Same (Saim?) and he was excellent. Food was also awesome. Wonderfully relaxing - love the fact that iced water was always available as soon as we finished swimming. The packed breakfasts were really good too. We felt warmly welcome.

The hotel is rustic and elegant, with rooms exuding a natural fragrance that promotes restful sleep. Very interesting and special resort. The villas are beautiful and most have private plunge pools. In the hot, steamy Cambodian weather, you will appreciate the cool waters! I stayed at this place for two nights during a bus tour of Cambodia. I was really glad to get to my room after 13 hours of travel from Ho Chi Minh City and not showering properly for a week. The service in this hotel, the receptionists, the doormen even the car parking attendant was the best I have ever received. Everybody was amazing. Some little things, the noise in the room (air conditioning is ridiculously loud and some other weird sounds) was a bit of a pain. Also the breakfast could have had more protein options. Apart from that everything was great.

The whole hotel is like a resort, in the suburbs, quiet and original. If you like shopping and lively, choose it carefully. Compared with the city hotel I stayed in before, the waiter was very shy and only kept the necessary communication. Traveling with friends, I was worried that the hotel was in a remote location and prone to mosquitoes. When I arrived, I found that the environment inside and outside the hotel was super good, and the food was also very special. I noted the insect removal when booking, and it was very considerate to meet my needs.

This place was magical! The venue, the decor, the staff. Everything was perfect. This is by far the best place I’ve traveled to. We stayed for 3 nights and had massages, a daily chauffeur, a personal assistant. We had our private pool in our private villa. Thank you to the staff for making our stay this unforgettable.

We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed here for 6 nights. They helped us arrange bikes. Everything was clean and there was plenty to choose from for breakfast. Swimming pool was also nice. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only suggestion I would give is the option not to change the towels every day, as that is really not necessary for us.

A nice property, rooms are good, service impeccable, location is convenient. Could have included the breakfast in room tariff, but they don’t charge for drinking water that’s a plus point. The restaurant has sumptuous breakfast spread in the morning. The restaurant is not exactly open for lunch or dinner, but the kitchen is, you get a la carte food either at pool side or at the lobby restaurant.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would like to praise our driver, Tey, who took great care of us. He was very professional, punctual, and helpful, always knowing exactly where to take us and where to pick us up. He also made excellent suggestions and knows the roads like the palm of his hand. This is a gem located just two blocks from riverside, plenty of places for food and few minutes walk to the market. Nice spacious rooms. Had one of the best massages I've ever had! They had a 50% discount offer for massages when I was there. Location wise is not in the very center but not too far, just a 5-10min tuk tuk ride. The hotel has tuk tuks for hire at the door. They also have a free cocktail hour per hotel guest every day.

We loved the hotel, the rooms are spotless, no damp smell and staff kindly upgraded us. The poolside is quiet, no loud music etc so suits those looking for peaceful travels. The only downside was the breakfast was a little lacking as the fruit was often left out too long.

Nice hotel, which is already a few days older. We enjoyed our stay and the time at the pool was brilliant. The breakfast is varied. The great thing was the people. I went to Siem Reap on my vacation and spent 3 nights at this beautiful resort was a truly wonderful experience with a great location and just a 5-minute ride by tuk-tuk from Pub Street and wonderful staff. Great breakfast buffet with many choices. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are at home, Would definitely stay here again.

Honey moon package for couples. It includes 60min. body massage but the massage was not good at all. Breakfast is nice but restaurant staff should be trained. Overall rating is fair.

Great little hotel on edge of town. Quiet and tranquil… rooms clean either good beds and showers, what make place is the service from check in to check out Anita looked after us superbly. Massages are great and with a la carte break and free tuk tuk I to town it’s all you need.

Mane History Lovers is a delightful gem of a hotel a bit outside of the city center. The hotel is decorated with Cambodian artifacts. The rooms are spacious and the restaurant is good, especially the generous a la carte breakfasts. Best of all, guests enjoy the assistance of a personal guest services coordinator.
