Zannier Phum Baitang in Siem Reap

Absolutely loved staying here while exploring temples in Siem Reap! The staff is amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean, and we loved the food and cocktails, especially the breakfast! We got to try aerial yoga here (first time for us) and that was so memorable. The grounds are stunning too. Everything about this stay was perfect and I’d absolutely go back when visiting Cambodia.

The setting, room, food and service were all outstanding. Chef Kim is an inventive chef who uses the local ingredients in delicious ways. The pool was a relief from the hot sun and the staff could it have been nicer or more attentive.

The setting, the atmosphere, and especially the hospitality of the team made our time in Siem Reap unforgettable. It was the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy the beauty and calm of Cambodia. The property is fab. The staff are brilliant - so helpful. The tuk-tuk arrangements are great. We used Mr Same (Saim?) and he was excellent. Food was also awesome. Wonderfully relaxing - love the fact that iced water was always available as soon as we finished swimming. The packed breakfasts were really good too. We felt warmly welcome.

The hotel is rustic and elegant, with rooms exuding a natural fragrance that promotes restful sleep. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the sounds of frogs croaking in the rice paddies add to the relaxing atmosphere. The front desk service is attentive; upon departure, they even gave us beautifully packaged, locally grown rice. A truly unforgettable vacation experience.

Very interesting and special resort. The villas are beautiful and most have private plunge pools. In the hot, steamy Cambodian weather, you will appreciate the cool waters! The staff and food ( 2 restaurants) are first rate. The Spa is also fantastic. If you are visiting Anker Wat, this is a great place.

I loved the room design; it's so beautiful it can't be captured in photos. The wood has a warm color, unlike the grayish look you get in photos.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind for the last two days of our trip. Watching the water buffaloes plowing the fields and the rice paddies swaying gently in the breeze, I instantly felt like I was in a bucolic ambiance.

Transportation to the city and other destinations is also very convenient. We didn't have a Cambodian phone card, so we used Grab, which arrived in minutes, eliminating any worries about transportation.

The service was excellent, from the tall man who greeted us to the entire restaurant staff and the bartender—everyone was professional and friendly! Ms. Phunmai, in particular, spoke excellent English. We had a wonderful chat and gained a deeper understanding of local life and culture.

With the peak-season room rate of over 10,000, we felt it was a fantastic value at the tail end of the rainy season!

Two items in particular:

1) Food. We have been fortunate to stay in other of 'five star' resorts. The food here - overall - was the best resort food we've had, anywhere. That doesn't mean it was the best meals we've had anywhere, but across the board the food was really, really excellent.

2) To a person, the staff was fantastic. Could not have been more nice or accommodating. VERY pleasant. Everyone wanted to know what we were doing in Cambodia...and when we were coming back!

I spent my 30th birthday here and it was amazing. The staff there were helpful and friendly. The view is great and I enjoyed sunset there at their bar. The food was delicious and I ordered the same dish twice! The TukTuk car driver was also friendly.

An amazing stay at a brilliant hotel. We stayed while exploring the amazing temples of Siem reap. This was the perfect base, amazing place to come back to and relax after time touring. Lovely food (at both restaurants) and a relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely recommend
