Honey moon package for couples. It includes 60min. body massage but the massage was not good at all.

Great little hotel on edge of town. Quiet and tranquil… rooms clean either good beds and showers, what make place is the service from check in to check out Anita looked after us superbly. Massages are great and with a la carte break and free tuk tuk I to town it’s all you need.

Mane History Lovers is a delightful gem of a hotel a bit outside of the city center. The hotel is decorated with Cambodian artifacts. The rooms are spacious and the restaurant is good, especially the generous a la carte breakfasts. Best of all, guests enjoy the assistance of a personal guest services coordinator. Ours, Pi Sey, proved charming, helpful, and gracious. The hotel boasts a nice swimming pool and the spa is great. Highly recommended.

I thought as the other reviews are a little old now I’d offer a newer one. Fantastic service and a place with real character.

I debated a number of places in Siem Reap, Raffles included, but the reviews for Mane History looked good and as a top tier member of a few chain programmes wanted to stay somewhere that felt different - it does in a good way - some quirks but they’re good! From the incredible welcome to the various items decorating the rooms and common areas the place feels right for the area and not the same genetic feel as most places. If you look on the map you are slightly out of town - that’s good - it’s incredibly peaceful. There are some great restaurants a few minutes walk away and the hotel provide a tuktuk to get you into town (free of charge) also within a few minutes. Thoroughly recommended (and that would have been the case if I hadn’t discovered the rate I booked included a free daily massage!). I should also mention that all of the staff are great and genuinely care that you're having a good stay - Nita was great helping arrange anything from the moment I checked in - even there via WhatsApp if you think of something while you’re trudging around a temple or ten…

Mane History Lovers was the perfect destination for our group. Having just finished a long trek in Nepal, we were looking for a spot where we could relax, refresh, and also use as a jumping off spot to see the wonderful cultural, religious, and historical sites surrounding Siem Reap. Mane History Lovers completely met all of these needs and more. The common areas and rooms are exquisitely furnished with amazing Cambodian pieces of historical and cultural significance. The pool area is a great place to relax and the food and drinks are terrific. The staff are amazing. Led by the incredible Pisey, they do everything in their power to create a warm and hospitable environment. I would like to also a special shout out to Sien, who, while still apprarently a trainee, is one of the most exceptionally talented masseuses I have ever experienced. Pisey helped us set up great tours to Angkor Wat and surrounding temples and also to Tonle Sap lake. All were super interesting and we made sure to take lots of breaks to refresh and conserve our energy. I don’t usually write hotel reviews but I feel inspired to do so to help ensure the success of this great treasure. If I ever return to Siem Reap, I will definitely stay there again.

Just home from the most amazing 5 nights at this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like royalty. We were greeted with a cool refreshing drink and taken round the hotel and then up to our room. Our bed was decorated with flowers, it brought tears to my eyes as it was so lovely. Sohim was our guest curator and looked after all our needs, explained how to get the temple pass and then after understanding what we wanted to do arranged all the transfers - it couldn’t have been easier. He also arranged a free Tuk tuk into town everyday when required. When we were not site seeing we were really looked after in the hotel. Lunch could either be taken around the glorious pool (which has cool water which is a godsend, in many hot countries we have found the pool water to be too warm!) OR you could eat in the cool restaurant. There are mozzies in Cambodia but the free insect repellent they supplied worked better than anything we took and didn’t contain Deet! We bought 2 bottles in the local pharmacy to bring back as its the best thing we have ever used. All the staff are so courteous and it was really sad to leave. If you are thinking of going to Siem Reap I implore you to book here as its sooo much better than any chain hotel, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Sohim you made our holiday :)
