We have been as Family for 7 days in this hotel. The rooms are clean and offer pleanty of space. There is lovely terasse. A refigerartor. The hotel is in walking diatance to the city center. The staff and the owner couple are fantatstic! They helped us to make our stay in Cambodia a fantastic experience. We would have loved to stay longer. We are definetly coming back.

Wonderful hotel, hosts are very nice and helpful. Great swimming pool and room, both very clean. Comfortable bed, good homemade breakfast. Hotel is close to the city center, yet in a quiet location where you don't get disturbed by anything. Highly recommended.

Due to condition of hotel we didn't stay. As soon as we went in room we found no Air condition, bugs were flying all over and no elevator. Owner was very rude and she refused to refund us. Immediately we left and moved in to different hotel. I urge ******* to refund us.

Sam So Villa was a cozy clean place. The staff were very friendly and nice people. They were very attentive to the guests needs and was very hospitable. This place was very close to the old market and the night market.
Shopping and restaurants was walkable distance. Keep up the good work Devi, Mr.T and other staff.
Definitely I would recommend this place.

The reception by owner and staff was very good. The place is hidden among local houses which was a surprise and not among other hotels. People were friendly. The vote is nice in appearance. Some updates on amenities and fixing of older things would help.

Beautiful location. Clean, comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. We will definitely come back. They are also very skilled at giving recommendations on things to visit. Highly recommended!

I didnt get housekeeping the first day. The second day they didn't come. Day three i asked and they made my bed. No towels, no garbage pick up, no water or coffee left.

I went down to ask for towels and garbage pick up but they didn't understand.

I brought my own garbage down one day and had to get toilet paper another.

Beautiful boutique hotel. 8 rooms with a salt water pool, the garden is like living in a paradise. If you are in mango season, the hotel has mango tree which they serve organic mango shake. Good breakfast, comfortable bedding,TV cable, big room with balcony. The hotel is off the main road, 10 mins walk from old town or 5 mins by Tuk Tuk cost $2 short ride. Best of all I don't get the car pollution, no traffic noise, I can hear the birds sing, there is no city noise, watch the sunset orange/purple colors and the moon is there to watch on the balcony. Best of all the hotel is located in residential area. I can dip in the Cambodia culture, very kind and friendly people. I don't feel like a tourist. Def. recommended.
