We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, breakfast was great and the overall hotel servise was exceptional. Very nice staff, especially the hotel manager who tried to satisfy every need that we had. Highly recommend.

This hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a traditional building, but it has a pool, gym, restaurant, and cafe, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of dishes and fresh fruit. We was especially pleased with Mr. Sanbo's attentive hospitality.

The Urban is an excellent hotel with outstanding cleanliness, very friendly and attentive service, and a perfect location close to everything. The restaurant is also a highlight, especially the delicious wood-fired pizza. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A big bedroom and bathroom with a horrible humidity smell. They locked the big bathroom window for security. I couldn't settle there till 5 pm. They were repairing the aircond. The garden is pretty.
