The breakfast at Tara Angkor Hotel is excellent but the Dinner restaurants need to update Hamburger very Bad and the Rice dish a bit salty. Must have menu in state room.
Nice hotel located on the way from the city to Angkor Wat. Quite good location for visiting temples. Superb breakfast. On the last day the AC in my room broke up and I was provided by another one of better conditions. I liked staying here. Quite hotel and helpful personnel.
Great amenities! My fourth time here! We were here for 3 nights!
We 2 familiies stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in Jan 26. The property is good and great value for money. Breakfast was decent for pure Indian Vegeterians like us. The facilility is very neat & clean and staff very helpful. Only drawback is that it is away from main city hub e.g. old market/Pub Street etc. where there are good Indian restaurants also. It takes min 2 USD per side to commute from hotel...
It was a very decent hotel. Would consider coming back again!
Outstanding stay at Tara Angkor Hotel! We had an amazing stay at the Tara Angkor Hotel. The property is comfortable, well located, and offers great value for money. But what truly makes the difference is the staff — incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. A very special mention to Mr. Veasna, who was exceptionally proactive and professional in helping us track down our lost luggage...

Excellent hotel, good breakfasts, a pool is available, and the rooms are top-notch.
Service was excellent. Staff were very friendly & helpful. They went out of their way in spite of language barrier to make my stay very comfortable.
The most important thing I'd like to highlight is the wonderful, responsive staff. They helped us book a transfer to Angkor Wat right at the hotel. They picked us up on time and took us to pick up tickets before the tour, so we didn't have to worry about anything. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Pub Street, a bit out of the way, which is nice overall. It has a nice pool and well-maintained grounds...
Underestimated hotel. We really liked this place! The pool area is super and the garden well kept and nice! The rooms is a bit outdated and could need a makeover but the foajé and the nice breakfast and the pool area including garden is very good!
The location of this hotel is very nice it not far away from pub street and many more place like supermarket, museum and park. But it is a bit old hotel in town. Anyway it's good place to stay 👌🏻
Great atmosphere and wonderfull staff but there was a strange man wondering around the lobby in his boxers looking at his phone with what appeared to be a 12 year old boy. When they met he screamed "hello bebe" in a funny accent, complimented the child on his pj's and then they dissapeared in to the lift. Still not sure what to think of it ... Very wierd

The environment is good, and it's relatively quiet.
The hotel is very clean beautiful place. I would definitely recommend it and I will definitely be staying there again.
We enjoyed our stay here. The outside dining area is lovely as is the pool area, this also has a bar. The breakfasts were good but did not change at all during our stay. Dinner was good and catered for my wife's Gluten intolerance. The lobby area is also lovely and has a good gift shop that is reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only issue was the dated room including the shower...
Very friendly and comfortable stay.
I did not stay at Tara Angkor Hotel. But, I have used their pool many times - you can purchase a pass, of sorts, to use a pool for the day. Swimming at the Tara Angkor Hotel is always a delight! The pool is very clean, spacious, and comfortable to swim in. Plus, there are some lovely chairs, plenty of nice things to eat/drink, and a lovely washroom. If you want nice place to swim and relax, I highly...
Even though I only stayed for one night, I could still feel the thoughtful and warm service. The hotel is not far from Pub Street and Angkor Wat, making its location very convenient. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it overall.

A quite nice hotel for short stay. The room is spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly
At first the place is incredible the staff are nice the lobby is clean checking in was great but when I came to my room 338 there is a air conditioner problem after 1 hour the room was not even cold but when we ask the staff to check it out and I went out for dinner after that the air conditioner is kinda fix but the rest of my stay in this hotel is great.
The room’s space was comfortable. The toilet was clean. Everything was fine except the wifi. It was hard to connect from 3rd floor and the speed was too slow that I couldn’t even surfing facebook.
A very good hotel for a competitive price. Vannchay and all the staff are incredibly gentle, helpful, and professional. Because I had to leave the city late in the evening, they even allowed me to return back for a shower and take some rest after I'd already checked out. What a great service!
This is one of the best services I've ever got from hotel's staff. All of them were excepcional, helpful and polite. The hotel is huge and clean in all its areas, the breakfast buffet and food menu very tasty, no expensive at all. Besides, the receptionists are currently help me with lost property that I forgot at the hotel. I highly recommend to stay at Starry Angkor Hotel, mainly for its great staff
Great place to stay in Siem Reap. Night market and Pub street can be reached on foot in 30 minutes or by tuktuk for $2. Second line from the highway - quiet at night. Clean pool. Friendly staff. Excellent massage in the hotel SPA center.

I booked three additional rooms at the hotel, but instead of the three twin rooms I originally reserved, they assigned me double rooms. I complained the next day and changed them to twin rooms.
Usually it is a good hotel, but this time they did not respect my requests, I had asked as usual for the upper floor (they gave me on the 1st floor with unpleasant smell, shower cabin really small lack of space (Room 126) check please, Television was not working that I reported, but nothing was done. Weird behavior
Nice amenities, beautiful hotel with tons of wood work. Rooms don’t have iron but have all other appliances, very clean, firm king bed, pool facing, good size balcony but cannot keep the balcony door open otherwise room get filled with mosquitoes. Spa services are there but very expensive compared to outside. Tons of spas and shopping places right outside the hotel.
Great hotel with very attentive staff and close to the main streets of Siem Reap. They also prepared a picnic for us when we got up early to visit Angkor Wat.
Staff are great and friendly. Environment is the best and the pool also great. Room service is fast and the food is good. Overall, everything is excellent.

Very spacious room with excellent staff , very courteous, friendly and attentive, ideal location for visiting old town/ markets
Very friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile! A rich breakfast served in a comfortable and clean dining room. Clean swimming pools with a relaxing environment and great cocktails. Clean rooms! Keep up the good work! They recommended a very friendly and excellent driver to take us around the area, including to the airport. Highly recommended!
The hotel was excellent! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious, and the massages were also great. The highlight of our stay was the traditional dance evening – a truly beautiful and memorable experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the terrace was absolutely lovely. Highly recommended!
Excellent experience! The hotel rooms and bathrooms are clean. The staff are super polite and professional. Location is great - walkable distance from the central market and pub street. Breakfast and food in general were superb (limited vegetarian options though). We indulged in a spa treatment on the last day of our tour.
Royal Crown is one of the best for value hotel in Siem Reap. Great value for the location. The hotel is tucked away but just minutes from all the best nightlife spots, including Pub Streets, Night Markets, and King’s Road. While the interior looks a little dated, their rooms are spacious, super cozy and clean. The pool isn’t big, but it’s perfect for a refreshing swim after a night out. Another great...

Excellent host, very friendly and willing to help. Room was clean, shower had a good pressure, and there was a cleaning service every day. On top of that there were complementary bottles of water every day and we could even use bikes for free.

used to be here back in 2015. As far as I remember, everything was satisfied. Room was clean, staffs were friendly, serving typical asian dishes for breakfast.

I would recommend you all to stay at this hotel, it is very super cleanliness and service is very good. My kids like swimming pool, they enjoy the swimming so much! You should try it if you visit Angkorwat, Siem Reap.

Hotel is clean and nice decoration hotel. Staff is friendly while i ask information about tour around angkor wat. Overall good experience there
Hotel looked impressively from the lobby, but that’s where it ended. Rooms are very dated and in need of upgrading, AC takes forever to cool the rooms. Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Highly recommend this hotel. Clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet is good. Staff are very helpful. Pool is clean.
I highly recommend staying here. The staff are exceptional at the front desk, the hotel is incredibly beautiful, the restaurant is great, and I had a lovely stay. The hotel is well cleaned and decorated very nicely. I wish I had spent more time there!
Service is amazing however the rooms, particularly the bathrooms are needing some updating. Every time you use the shower it floods the whole bathroom and the water isn't directed to the plug hole on the floor so it just sits there.
It's not big hotel, but it's very comfortable. Rooms are very clean, with nice stuff. Air condition in the rooms works very good. If you need quite large room, comfort, and silence you will find it in this hotel. Another thing is hotel service. People who work there, are very, very nice. They are very helpful and hospitable!! It was very nice to stay there!

Good hotel tucked away but close to downtown. Nice pool and great breakfast. Can't imagine anyone finding fault with this hotel.
Super good breakfast and all staff are very friendly. Room are nice.
Excellent service, good breakfast, so so dinner
The hotel was amazing with beautiful interiors and setting. The rooms were good and service was excellent. Food also very good
We were very satisfied. The staff was very friendly. The food was also good and just as expensive as outside. Unfortunately, the soup was brought to me at the same time as the main course, despite having previously asked for it to be served as a starter. But that was the only negative thing this week. I would gladly go to this hotel again.
WoW! What a hidden gem - the Saem Siemreap hotel is close to everything. From well laid out rooms with everything you need, to buffet breakfast, a super clean pool and incredibly friendly staff that cannot do enough, especially Miss Sochin who leads the team. Thanks everyone a Saem for making our stay in Cambodia absolutely wonderful.

One of the first few hotel in Siem Reap. Central, elegance designs, continental breakfast, deluxe bedroom, most affordable 4 stars hotel.
Cheap, staff are nice and helpful, room are very large and have nice view, swimming pool also large and so blue. Feel more relaxing. except I must minus one star because the breakfast buffet are not much, second, I don't know that my phone not working or there is no wifi here. Even the main hall wifi still not working.
I stayed at this place for two nights during a bus tour of Cambodia. I was really glad to get to my room after 13 hours of travel from Ho Chi Minh City and not showering properly for a week. To my delight, they had a western style bathroom! The beds are large and comfy. The rooms are nice, big, and very well air-conditioned. This hotel is clean, quite comfy, has swimming pool, but old, old like 90's room decoration. I had CRT television on my room and my friend's room.

Room cleaned but has smell, location best
The service in this hotel, the receptionists, the doormen even the car parking attendant was the best I have ever received. Everybody was amazing. Some little things, the noise in the room (air conditioning is ridiculously loud and some other weird sounds) was a bit of a pain. Also the breakfast could have had more protein options. Apart from that everything was great.
2nd time staying at this hotel and once again very happy with the stay. The location is perfect with Pub Street right around the corner but also very quiet from the noise. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfy. Highly recommended.
It is walking distance from pub street. Hotel is good. But they have two buildings. One building has swimming pool and gym and restaurant. I was in other building. That was the only negative point. Staff is cooperative. Good worth for money
The hotel is very clean, spacious and staff is accomodating and friendly. The location is also near to everything! Would definitely stay here again.
The location is very closely to the Pub street and easy to find local foods but the heat water is not working.

We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed here for 6 nights. They helped us arrange bikes. Everything was clean and there was plenty to choose from for breakfast. Swimming pool was also nice. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only suggestion I would give is the option not to change the towels every day, as that is really not necessary for us.
We had a fantastic time here. We got upgraded to a family room. Everything was clean. The gym was out of service when I was there so they sent me in a tuktuk to their sister hotel. There is a grocery store beside the hotel though it is a bit pricey.
Excellent stay! The service was outstanding—staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options, making every morning enjoyable. The hotel also offers a beautiful view, and the swimming pool was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable...
A nice property, rooms are good, service impeccable, location is convenient. Could have included the breakfast in room tariff, but they don’t charge for drinking water that’s a plus point. The restaurant has sumptuous breakfast spread in the morning. The restaurant is not exactly open for lunch or dinner, but the kitchen is, you get a la carte food either at pool side or at the lobby restaurant.
The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is nice, and the breakfast has a wide variety of delicious options. If I come to Siem Reap again, I will definitely stay here. ห้องพักสะอาด บรรยากาศดี มีอาหารเช้าให้เลือกมากมายและอร่อยด้วย ถ้ามาเสียมราฐฉันจะพักที่นี่แน่นอน
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would like to praise our driver, Tey, who took great care of us. Khmer House Resort is very clean and comfortable. The location is superb; slightly away from the busier areas so it is quiet and relaxed. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is elegant and high-quality, with very comfortable rooms and polite, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner was also enjoyable. Although the hotel is slightly outside the city center, the free tuk-tuk service makes it easy to get around. I had a 12 day stay .. relaxing pools ( I prefer the salt water pool ) Great little restaurant very good food and staff. All staff I encountered were polite and professional… Laundry service also very good.
Best quality vs price you will find for your Stay in Siem Reap. Huge clean rooms, perfect bathrooms, but mainly the two beautiful pools. We stayed 5 nights, perfect for relaxing and recharging after few weeks of tiring travel in Asia. Staff is just so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend

Amenities: The pool area is the highlight, with plenty of sun loungers...
Near pubstreet, really good vibe.
A lovely, modern hotel with beautiful rooms. Due to a bit of a lull they upgraded us, which was lovely. Sadly we were disappointed in the subpar breakfast, for a 4-star hotel especially. Staff were very polite but clearly not comfortable enough with English to give us local recommendations, but did absolutely fine otherwise. Overall, a comfortable stay!
Really wanted to give this place 5 stars but there was just too many things going wrong. 2 pools and the bottom one was out. 2 lifts and only one ever worked. And sometimes none. “The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, and there’s no solution provided for guests. The front desk informed me that the issue is due to too many users in the hotel. Surprisingly, the Wi-Fi at nearby coffee shops works much better than the hotel’s. Overall, very poor customer service and definitely not worth the money.”

The Hotel was pretty good in terms of comfort, I found the bed to be quite enjoyable to sleep on. They have a very nice pool to relax by and it was refreshing to go for a swim. The staff were friendly and it was very clean. Some things I didn't like were the WiFi, it was often very slow; the shower took several minutes to produce any hot water for a shower; and the hotel didn't enforce their own noise...

Visiting New Riverside Hotel Siem Reap felt like uncovering a hidden gem—a refined urban garden retreat where contemporary Khmer design meets heartfelt hospitality. Great value hotel, but little bit far from central market area, like 30min walk or 10min by Tuktuk or Car. Spacious rooms, have breakfast facilities, swimming pool, Spa & Massage center (expensive), 24h reception, free parking space.
Stayed here to attend a conference. Certainly one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in Asia. It is not plush 5 star but just a genuinely beautiful hotel. I bring school groups to Cambodia multiple times each year. For the last 7 years we have stayed at NRH - and with good reason. I stayed here in August 2025 with my wife and our child (under 3 years old). I booked through Agoda for $27.90 including tax, which I think is a great price considering it also included breakfast.
