The sheets were not clean and the AC did not work properly (even though we paid for this option). Furthermore, the service laundry was not good at all, as some clothes came back with even more stains...

It's a cheap hotel, but I think it's not bad for a cost-effective stay for solo travelers.

Bun Kao - Thank you for welcoming me into your home. Even though it was only for a short stay, you made the experience such a pleasant one. Even when busy, you are greeted with a warm friendly smile. Offering assistance when none is even needed.

Friendly staff. Good price. The hotel is well located. Quiet area. Shuttles to the airport stop nearby. Stable wi-fi. The room is good. They give water. There was a slight misunderstanding at checkout, but everything was resolved in favor of the client. You can leave your luggage for free and wait for checkout. I recommend this hotel.

I used this to save money as I was traveling alone and my stay was long!
The room was as expensive as a hostel, so there was no hot water.
My only complaint about the room was that some large spiders and bugs appeared, but otherwise I had no complaints.
(There was no air conditioning, but it was the season when an electric fan would suffice)
Complimentary water was provided, but there was also a water server so there was no water shortage.
Also, it's a family-run business, and the receptionists were all smiling and nice!
I personally thought it was good value for money, so I would stay here again ^ ^

I absolutely loved my stay here, the room and facilities had everything i needed, great value for money, The location was great, quiet area, walking distance from the main center. Local shops, drink places and food options within walking distance. Mr Bun Kao is one of the nicest people you can meet. He is friendly, helpful and generous. I enjoyed our chats and time together. Thank you Mr Bun Kao, you are a super hero in my eyes. I hope to meet again in the near future.

It looks clean, but I can't shake the impression that it's a bit shabby. The staff's customer service is very good.
