Comfortable and cozy, highly recommended.

Room was clean, the heater smelled dusty when it came on. Could use a firmer pillow option for bed, but overall is a great hotel

Loved it. We had a Christmas party there and the event room was perfect. We even had our own private patio for those that wanted to go outside and smoke. The food was awesome and the service was great. I would highly recommend this place for your next party

Great location, walking distance to Gilmore SkyTrain station,restaurants and shopping. Staff were friendly and the room was very clean. Be great if carpets in the rooms were upgraded. Other than that great value for a stay in Vancouver area.

2nd stay and enjoyed it! I love the quirky and witty humour of this Inn. I loved seeing Barb at the front desk again too, she is so lovely. Comfortable room and bed, clean and quiet. Had a wonderful stay and look forward to booking Accents Inn whenever we're in Burnaby again.

The standard room was very well-appointed, and the building itself has two floors. The surrounding area is dotted with many car dealerships, and unfortunately, there's no supermarket. On the bright side, a McDonald's is just a short walk away.

The room was nice and cozy but the morning breakfast service was ok. I found a hair on a plate before my mother was able to grab it. Then when I was eating my breakfast all the food items weren't heated correctly as most hot food items were cool, not warm or hot. Then as I was eating my bacon I found a small black hair in it. Lovely place with great friendly staff and a good location for driving into Vancouver. The Real Canadian Supermarket close by and a reasonable amount of places to eat. Breakfast was included and had enough options, not loads, but enough that we had two nice mornings with their breakfasts. The gym was clean and tidy, laundry room presentable and all functional. Staff was nice and location is excellent

The malfunctioning fridge disturbed my peace during the night. I contacted the helpdesk, and their staff assisted in relocating the fridge, momentarily silencing it. However, the noise resurfaced after approximately 30 minutes.

Remember this hotel is a Holiday Inn "Express" and hence customers should have lower expectations. Its breakfast, housekeeping standard and front desk experience were not as good as an average hotel.
