The customer service from The front desk staff is excellent. Handra is lovely and attentive. She made the stay notable.

The location is great, tons of food in short walking distance.
Keyless entry is handy.
Covered parking is a bonus.

Rooms are a bit dated but it’s also an old part of town so it’s expected. It’s clean and that’s all that matters to me. Good water pressure in the shower. I had a nice view and the room was super quiet. I’ll stay here again.

I had a great stay at the Cassandra Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day.

Handra checked us in. She was friendly and informative. She helped with unloading and taking our luggage up to our room. She was very knowledgeable about the Hotel and takes pride in her position. Our room was both spacious and clean. We will be recommending the Cassandra Hotel to both family and friends visiting Vancouver.

From calling for inquiry until we checked in at Cassandra Hotel was Fantastic! The front Desk named Handra is very accommodating. I would like to commend her for granting our early checked Inn because we have to attend a special event of my Husband at 4pm. She was welcoming and exceptionally helpful to get in. Our room was spacious,clean and had a great view of the city. We will be returning here again.

Handra at the front desk of the hotel was so helpful and considerate. We had thought that the hotel was pet friendly due to a booking site we used and the Cassandra hotel is not pet friendly. They were shocked to see that we had brought a cat with us but instead of kicking us out they allowed us to finish our stay so long as we agreed to pay for the deep cleaning services they provided to maintain a clean room for the next guests. They were very proffessional and courteous.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful, especially when we had problems with the WiFi. The room was clean and well presented. Once the refurbishment is completed I am sure the property will look absolutely fantastic.

The best franchise pizza around. The company has completely changed in the last few years. Renewed faith from once bad pizza. I like the online transparency/accountability of who is making and delivering the pizza. BBQ chicken pizza FTW.

This is the first time at this establishment along with my girlfriend ordering a pizza with a coupon. I do like Dominos pizza I have to say but will never go to this particular venue anymore. We both had witnesssed one of the chinese employees coming to the front as we couldn't believe our eyes as he had picked his nose right in the front area by the till and began touching everything else after. I observed him and noticed him rubbing his face and wiping his sweat and at no time washing his hands after and handling boxes and who else knows what back behind the counter and machines. Thank goodness he was not one of the three people prepping the food but we still left in disgust and stunned as we both were so astonished what had just happened and wanted to tell someone but just wanted to get out of there. I called once I arrived home and explained to the manager what had happened. Never have I seen this in my life.
