Stylish 1-Bedroom Suite with Modern Amenities in Burnaby

SO Disappointed,,, waiting time to the table in an empty restaurant was 4 min, staff to busy playing around in the back and kitchen while the cook was flirting with waitresses and the front desk clerk never stayed longer then 30 seconds in the front to meet people, the waitress I had could not be bothered when you asked for a knife or glass of water all she did was roll her eyes and the food was terrible I ordered shrimp and it was raw could not eat it ordered a club one half was very good the other half the meat was part frozen had to leave that behind and got charged full price for all of it. Will never come here again.

Very disappointed.....

A couple weeks ago a co-worker and I had just gotten back to Vancouver we were on a month long business trip and had just gotten off the plane and decided to find a place to eat, while looking around the area we had decided to stop and take a quick bite at Ricky's because it looked to be the most appetizing place in the area and because we were originally huge fans of Ricky's restaurants.

When we walked in we were seated right away and were very excited to eat a meal since we were starving since our plane had only offered us snacks. Our waitress introduced herself, I do not remember her name but she was a short blonde lady from what my co-worker and I remember, anyways, we had waited for her to take our order, but came back with a bit of a strong unpleasant attitude as if she wasn't pleased to be serving us. We felt a bit uncomfortable and hazed by the strong aggressive presence so my co-worker and I didn't think much of it, we thought she was probably having a bad day!

Ten minutes later we order our food, and our waitress still was showcasing a strong attitude. A little while later, we had received our food, the portions were the perfect size but the taste wasn't the greatest as my food was a bit burnt. Regardless, overall... It was OK. Positive attitude and good service should always be the main key to any restaurant, which this Ricky's lacks.

I'm very disappointed by Ricky's, the taste fell short, and our server's tone wasn't the brightest. We might come by one day for another bite, but, next time we'll just be going to the nearest Denny's and or iHop. I believe it'll be a long time before we ever come to Ricky's after our not so pleasant experience.

If you can, drive a little further and go to the location at 4410 Still Creek Dr, Burnaby. It's much better than this one, at Lougheed Hwy.

At this store, sandwiches are not with the quality expected at a Mc McDonalds restaurant. The store could be cleaner.

At the drive thru we ordered a big Mac meal with a medium coke and large fries, as well as double cheeseburger, medium coke and medium fries.

Told us to pull into the stall to wait, ok, no big deal. Turned into a 10 minute wait, got a quarter pounder instead of a double cheese, and fries only filled 1/3rd full. Which turned out to be a blessing cause they were the soggiest worst McDonald's fries ever. And the coke had no flavor . Big mac was good tho, so they got 1/6 items done right, pretty sad

This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I have been to in a long time. The food always takes longer than it should. The dining room is dirty. The staff are rude and will openly discuss customers with each other.

If you modify your order in any way shape or form expect it to be wrong. Im not sure how hard it is to understand that i dont want cheese.

I Visited this location on Tuesday, Oct.24. It was 1:00am and I proceeded to wait in a 5 car lineup which in my mind should have moved a lot quicker than it actually did. I ended up waiting in the lineup a total of 15 minutes before I got to the order box and when I did i then again proceeded to wait an additional 8 minutes before anyone answered the box (a few people who waited at the box before me peeled of from a long wait with no answer). When i finally got my order in (which ended up being wrong) and made it to the window I had realized that my waiting could have been due to an understaffed and busy night, I don't know exactly how many people were working that night but my waiting period both in the line and at the box made me feel Ignored and annoyed. It's service like this that makes me want to stay away from this place. Future customers beware.

I order to go 2 lattes and a mcflury, they gave me the mcflury and then they made me wait for like 5 min in the car for the lattes. Mmmm I was going to take the Mcflury and eat it later at my house, know I have a melted Mcflury and no lattes.

The manager needs to learn how to manage the restaurant. Tried ordering rotisserie beef, no beef! Manager said the restaurant is busy and not every item is available at night. I guess she didn't do a good job predicting how many portions are required before that. The manager does not have the ability to run the restaurant if she consider 50% of the seats are filled making the restaurant busy...
