Great stay for a good price in Burnaby. The rooms are very spacious which is nice. The beds were quite comfortable and they offered to change the sheets daily. Yes this is technically a motel layout, but you feel safe with good security, lighting, and sturdy doors and locks. The only downside is you could hear the people above us partying; not the hotels fault but noise reduction between rooms wasnt great.

Good amenities. Clean gym, laundry available, and small but nice outdoor pool. Free breakfast is good for the price, but is basic breakfast food as you might expect. They only have one option for meat daily, but the waffle and pancake machines are good.

Service was excellent and the location is very convinient. 10 minute walk to Metrotown and lots of activities. Would stay again if I was staying in Burnaby.

A unique three-building layout. Rooms are well kept, clean, nicely equipped. Lots of free parking. Walking distance to local restaurants. The Ji Jiang Shanghai is very good. Hot breakfast is excellent too.

Very nice and clean, quiet, despite being on Kingsway which is busy, nice substantial breakfast and very friendly service. Our third time staying here and we will be back.

The room was nice and cozy but the morning breakfast service was ok. I found a hair on a plate before my mother was able to grab it. Then when I was eating my breakfast all the food items weren't heated correctly as most hot food items were cool, not warm or hot. Then as I was eating my bacon I found a small black hair in it. I have long dark hair so couldn't have been my own hair that accidentally fell into the food. Overall the experience here is mid level satisfaction. Not the worst but not the greatest either.

The Hotel was more of a Motel with all the rooms having access outside. The safety and security of the doors was questionable as the locks were sparatic. There was kids and people running across our room window multiple times banging and we were only there for 30 mins. We booked a room with king bed and full kitchen and the stove was from the 1980’s and there was no fridge with freezer just a mini fridge. The bathtub had huge pieces missing and rust formed where the pieces were gone and had mold all around. It was not even acceptable as a 2-3 star location. Did not feel safe and will NEVER book this location. Elevator smelt of drugs and cigarettes and felt very unsafe for me and my family.

Lovely place with great friendly staff and a good location for driving into Vancouver. The Real Canadian Supermarket close by and a reasonable amount of places to eat. Breakfast was included and had enough options, not loads, but enough that we had two nice mornings with their breakfasts.
The gym was clean and tidy, laundry room presentable and all functional. Plenty of parking and easily accessible in all manners. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well presented and spacious for the price, not dated but not modern, very comfy and big bed.

Only downsides are the AC is an internal unit, so the compressor makes a lot of noise when it kicks on, and there's no windows to let in air, maybe thats for security, but if you want silence then you could be either too hot or cold depending on time of year.
Our fridge was very loud too, but it was fine as we didn't need it so just turned it off.

Totally fair for the price we paid, great experience overall. Thanks to all the staff !

Sit in the suburban area southeast of Vancouver downtown, a convenient location.
Hotel is well decorated. Great credit to the collaboaration to the next door restaurant to provide breakfast service. I enjoyed the full breakfast.

The hotel is a nice and comfortable one. I stayed in a room with 2 beds, still feeling spacious. There are also plenty of parking space in the hotel. There are many restaurants around the hotel. It is just around 25 minutes walk to the shopping mall in Metrotown in Burnaby. The closest sky train station Royal Oak Station is just 15 minutes walk. I have 3 comments/suggestions to the hotel to improve the service. 1. The noise of the air-conditioner in the room is a bit loud; 2. I think check-in time at 4pm is a bit late; 3 . I prefer shower gel to soap bar in the bathroom.

Been here 3 times and the food itself is good. But they have lots of hidden charges like “$1 for adding spice.” They charged me $2 more than the menu price because they said they have increased the price a few months ago but the menu has never been updated.

ATTENTION: Insider Information

Found a plastic in my pho, 1 rat under the table of the cashier and the service is really bad. I had a friend that use to work there as a server and said they cut corners and do dirty moves if they dont like you.

PROS - Sadly only 24h location around this vicinity. Craving and no other option? Go right ahead.

CONS - Rude service. You MUST tip when you pay by card min. 12%. Food ok, 5% chance you might get sick. Unsanitary.

I choose restaurant , they made the soup very quick just 5 mins after order. I saw some people dont happy when they set up 12% tip that is normal, almost restaurant do the same thing. Let's go and you will know why they can open 24 hours over 10 years with same boss.

Pho bo kho was so bad. Bland and noodle not cooked enough. Beef chunks were hard and rubbery. Had to spit it out.

Food is typical of Whitespot. Service is very slow despite many open tables. Cleanliness at dinner time is poor with food on the floor from previous diners not cleaned up.

Horrible place to dine in. Had to wait over a half an hour to get my meal because the server cared more about her conversation. My burger patties were overcooked while my son's patty was still raw. Our milkshakes were like sugar water so we just walked out of the restaurant.

Been here a few times and had good service and good prices during Happy Hour too. The Happy Hour is 3 - 6pm so if your in the area it's worth a visit. They currently had a fish and chip special wish good value for the money as well.

2-stars only because our burgers (bun & meat) for all 3 of us were burnt during lunch hour. This is the 3rd time it has happened within a year (approx. 10 visits). Asked for the manager and he offered complimentary dessert but we declined so one entrée was deducted which was appreciated since most of our burgers were still on the plate. Very helpful waitress who was very understanding.

Have driven by this location several times but never have actually stopped in. Finally had the chance when my best friend and I had to meet someone there. It is such a nice location. Very clean and super spacious. Our server was great - seemed a bit off-beat at first but really took care of us. Food is your typical White Spot food, nothing extraordinary. Coffee was always fresh though. Great location, will come back again.

Great selection of Korean dishes and good service. Love the dishes with cheese as they are so good and unexpected. We have had the set meal but liked the regular menu better as it had dishes we liked better.

It was one of my favourites Korean restaurant! I went there a lot and always had BBQ combos. The combo for 3 was always good in terms of portion, and suitable for 4-5ppl. However, I went again today and the menu has changed. I still went for the combo, however, the amount of meat has obviously decreased and so has the quality. Not to mention the service, took them 30 mins to serve my can of pop. And when I was almost done eating, I had to remind them they did not give us any sauce for the meat at all. Anyway, very very disappointed, will probably not going to come back.

Good food, and good service. Ordered their sundubu, and I found that it wasn't as spicy as it usually is. Try their seafood pajeon (seafood pancake). It has that crisp texture to it.
