Rooms good, check in quick and efficient, location great just off highway.
The reason I would not stay here when passing through again is the breakfast. For a $160/night location it was terrible.
I made a tea at 7am after it opened at 6:30am and the “hot water” was at best tepid. The juice machine was not working and all that was offered was a bottle of near empty cranberry juice. For hot breakfast there was sausage, scrambled egg (tasted rubbery and cold) and cubed hash browns. There was no bacon. The cereal choice was limited. There was no healthy options such as fruit.
However the biggest omission was cutlery. ANY HOTEL THAT PROVIDES PLASTIC CUTLERY TO USE, INSTEAD OF PROPER METAL EATING IRONS SHOULD NOT BE CALLED A HOTEL.

Harman and staff were excellent as they were able to fulfill our requests and give us information on the surrounding area. Rooms and common area were clean and the gym was significantly better than others within this price range.

Room was covered in blood and snot on the pillows- it was a bio hazard and all they did was suggest a 15% discount no refund don’t stay here unless you want to feel dirty. The manager needs to be an adult and talk to his staff to clean better! My name is hidden for privacy! I will be contacting health services

Nice hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms were large and welll appointed. Nice hot tub and pool. Very nice breakfast included in price.
Would recommend if staying in Golden.

This hotel deserves -5 stars. The rooms here are awfully dirty. We checked in on Thursday night and found our room very dirty with hairs all over the room and dirty sheets. After complaining to the front desk, they did not even have the courtesy to change our room. Front desk just asked us to talk to the manager in the morning. While checking out The manager was nowhere to be found and the other front desk staff just told us that she can’t do anything about our room being dirty and all she said was just email the manager. Surprisingly, the manager Meva Dhami doesn’t start work intil 10-10:30 am, when i called the hotel to speak to the manager at 11 am i was told that the manager was gone for lunch lol. The manager did not even had the courtesy to call back even when i tried to reach them multiple times.

Overall a very poor and pathetic experience with this property. Very rude staff and the breakfast there is also a big joke.

The heater made a weird noise all night so me and my family was awake almost all night

I think that any hotel that serves plastic knives and forks with food has little respect for its customers. If it wasn’t for that one thing I probably wouldn’t moan too much about the breakfast which at best was mediocre. The scrambled eggs were rubbery and the choice of hot food was limited to sausage, egg and potatoes. Meh. The juice machine was not working and there was a bottle of cranberry available only. Not fruit to try and choose a healthy breakfast from. The one good thing was that they had decaf coffee which isn’t normal for hotel restaurants so bravo for that.
The rooms are of a good standard, clean and reasonably equipped. The check in staff were pleasant and the process quickly and easy.
The location is good right off the highway that passes through the town. Easy access to restaurants and gas stations.

We were checked in by a person who probably either hated his job or does not like people - very unwelcoming. Musty odor throughout. Below average breakfast with severely limited choice. Next to highway n.b request backside room.

Overpriced in my mind.

The hotel is quite dated and needs some tlc to bring it up to the standard we were expecting. Unfortunately every door needs re painting and the fact that this is left for guests to see demonstrates some lack of care. The two bedroomed family suite was supposed to have Air Conditioning, but in one bedroom this was completely broken and in the other the unit was merely a fan (NOT air conditioning as described) which you couldn’t switch off, so was noisy all night. Breakfast was very basic and the tiny room where this was served completely inadequate for the number of guests in the hotel - who had to queue to get in. We resorted to eating in our rooms as there was no space to sit down there. The pool was quite nice but small.

Beautiful location. Really close to golden Skybridge ( the highest suspension bridge in Canada ) . Like 5 min drive.

They have a swimming pool and a hot tub. They also have free breakfasts. Although the swimming pool is not too big, but overall it’s good enough for a mid way stop hotel. Fair price as breakfasts are included.

Don't come here never. We've been waiting in line for over 40 minutes just to pick up our order. Just make yourself a favor and go to subway.

Layout makes for a long line up out the door and with a door between the gas station that opens into the front of the line just adds to the kaos. Use the drive through or go down the street to the proper full sized version. Trust me it will be much faster
