Holiday Inn Express Kamloops by IHG in Kamloops

Restaurant should have a sign up saying please check your take out order because even though there's not many people here to keep us busy our heads are now sooo far up our @$$ that we don't know what the f*€% we're doing this is a restaurant placed between three hotels and they don't even have enough clue to put cutlery in the bag let alone ask if u need any !!! When I asked for ketchup salt and vinegar I was given pepper and no salt and they forgot my gravy ?? this is my 3 Rd $#*+ experience from this place ! The first time I ordered the crab and shrimp and I opted for mashed potatoes and veggies , worst mistake ever the veggies we're hard and rubbery like the shrimp and the potatoes tasted like boxed potatoes. So the next day I call and let them know and I wanted to order fish and chips the chef kindly added a peice of fish however the girl charged me 19$ on a 13 dollar meal ! I asked the girl on the phone prior to ordering 19$ for a 1 peice she said yes !

Great service. Not the best food for the price. For similar food you would probably be better off going to the food court at the mall next door and saving yourself a bit of money.

The service is pathetic and very unprofessional. Two hours and multiple phone calls only to learn that they have delivered it to us, which apparently they had not. Either its a cheap way to duck the situation or they do not value their customers at all. We are a hotel and and we use to order and refer our guests all the time.Unfortunately, we wont be doing that now on.

WARNING: check inside your pizza boxes BEFORE you leave! Love the pizza, but the service is less than impressive. Had my order screwed up - I mean REALLY screwed up - and when I called about it, she acted like she was doing me a favour by giving me a credit for the pizza I ordered, payed for, and didn't get. Oh, and I get to pick it up or pay for delivery, even though I already went to pick it up. It's not my fault an employee put an incredibly odd, unappetizing combination of toppings on that were NOT what I ordered. Now I get to pay the gas to fix THEIR screw up. As a regular customer who's had this happen twice now, I'm not impressed.?
