Meticulously clean room w/ a SUPER comfy bed. Friendly staff. SUPER worth the drive (from Kamloops) for a peaceful & quiet stay during the 'off-season' when the golf course next door is closed! I will be keeping the conference venue (& their catering services) in mind for future workshops/retreats.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable

We really enjoyed our stay! The late night receptionist greeted us so warmly, what a treat! She offered us a microwave and mini fridge without us even asking for it and brought it to our room which we put to good use. Her beaming smile was a joy. The lady at our check out was every bit as friendly and courteous, so nice to be treated that way. The room was charming and comfortable and our dog loved...

This hotel is so quaint! Really want to come back in the summer. Loved that each room had its own name. Was sad the pool and restaurant were closed for the season. I appreciated that they put out muffin's in the morning.

Having grown up in Kamloops, I always wanted to visit this place when I would see it from the other side of the highway. I had read about it being a “guest ranch“ and thought it would be very cool to stay there sometime. Finally got to go visit it and it is no longer a guest ranch (I was told the new owners sold the horses) but simply a hotel that maintains a skeleton crew through the winter. It was...

Great hospitality. The owner Owen has some great ideas to revitalize some landscaping and underused parts of the building. This resort has the potential to be greater than it ever was under his direction. We stayed because we were roads weary. I'm totally going back to. Thanks to all the staff.

The heating/cooling system did not work. It would not even turn on.So we found it too warm. No soap by the sink so I had to get in the tub to get soap from the dispenser to wash my hands. The room is attractive and well furnished so there are some positives.

The staff were very friendly - and our check in/check out was super smooth. I appreciated that they had super plush pillows - I was soooo cozy that I had a great sleep! (And I’m not usually a good sleeper). I noticed some folks said the highway nearby was noisy but I didn’t hear any traffic. Thanks for nice stay!

What a great stay! The staff were so welcoming, very clean and comfortable rooms. They have it all: pool, fitness room and a very tasty restaurant too. Highly recommend Prestige next time you’re in Kamloops!

The vent cover for the fan in the bathroom was missing. The wallpaper by the bed was peeling off the wall. The room needs attention but the service was good.

What a tremendous value! Spotless clean. Super friendly people who actually care about keeping the place up. Amazing gym and pool and hot tub. Can go between both of their properties that share the same parking lot. I can’t think of anything missed on this stay. Breakfast was a nice bonus too: bagels & cream cheese, toast and cinnamon buns, cereal, yogurt, apples and banana.

Coffee was barely Luke warm and dry danish buns. Rooms clean and staff friendly and helpful. Good location.

We stayed only one night. The location, service, room were good, only the coffee machine did not work. Will recommend to friends.

We only stayed one night and it was comfortable. The room was clean. The location was close to the shopping center and restaurants. Highly recommended for those staying a few nights or just passing through.

As per other reviews, these are dorm rooms that other than cleaning up are just that. Dark and questionable carpeting. Bare bones. Kitchen but no utensils, cups, no coffee or tea. The pictures are deceptive and false advertising. NO bedside lights, just one big overhead one. In the summer there is no pub or anywhere else close by to get food and drink. Not a hotel… just know that! It’s a university building that they’ve sort of converted to rent out the rooms. But they haven’t renovated or anything. The positives- you get a large space with amazing views, and a good value. Also friendly staff. The negatives- you really feel that you’re in a university residence. It doesn’t smell nice, there were old goldfish crackers under our bed, and the location...

We LOVED this place. The people who are posting that the beds are “rock/concrete hard” are obviously used to super super soft beds. I actually don’t like soft beds and these still had a nice amount of cushion to them. It was just perfect!!! I actually thought the rooms were great (we got a two room sweet). This offers a cozy place to live and study for on campus resident options. The rent is relatively costly. But if you keep in mind the benefits of campus housing it is good. But the rooms are very small

The check-in was smooth and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful every time we had a question. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, with nice café. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
