Restaurant should have a sign up saying please check your take out order because even though there's not many people here to keep us busy our heads are now sooo far up our @$$ that we don't know what the f*€% we're doing this is a restaurant placed between three hotels and they don't even have enough clue to put cutlery in the bag let alone ask if u need any !!! When I asked for ketchup salt and vinegar I was given pepper and no salt and they forgot my gravy ?? this is my 3 Rd $#*+ experience from this place ! The first time I ordered the crab and shrimp and I opted for mashed potatoes and veggies , worst mistake ever the veggies we're hard and rubbery like the shrimp and the potatoes tasted like boxed potatoes. So the next day I call and let them know and I wanted to order fish and chips the chef kindly added a peice of fish however the girl charged me 19$ on a 13 dollar meal ! I asked the girl on the phone prior to ordering 19$ for a 1 peice she said yes !

Great service. Not the best food for the price. For similar food you would probably be better off going to the food court at the mall next door and saving yourself a bit of money.

The owner is not friendly at all and seems very snappy. He messed up the order twice and didn’t apologize. When I went a few months ago he nearly yelled at me for not being ready to order when I was still looking at the menu. The condiment area was dirty and the 5 forks they had in the bin were covered in brown stuff. Was not impressed with New York fries

Abrupt service with no smile. The utensil area was dirty and we had a hard time finding clean forks.

The pulled pork poutine had a light dusting of pulled pork, enough to look like it was sufficient but was sadly lacking in quantity.

I will not be back.

The owner is really stingy with toppings... It's too bad because I've enjoyed NYF's poutine in the past but I'm pretty much off the whole chain now

The manager (an old guy) wasn't polite at all..he was making racist comments and jokes.. not at all a good place to eat at.

Overpriced. Service was awkward and barista didn't know how to check how much was left on my gift card and only used part of it. Didn't offer to ensure it was all used. Barista making my drink seemed unsure about how to even make a beverage. Worst coffee shop experience ever.

Scone was a bit dry at 10 AM in the morning. Dry cappuccino was not dry at all :-( Also, it hardly tasted of coffee... Very weak :-(
