The employee at check in was courteous and kind. She gave us an upgrade to top floor suite. The room was quite and clean.

Hello… My name is Echo and I’d like to review the Sandman Hotel in Vernon. My mom and I arrived early for our reservation, but we had called ahead to ensure we had our room ready! A really good plus! Upon arrival, we were greeted by the lovely manager, Khaled! He was so professional he even gave me my own bag of welcome treats after he spoiled me with hugs and kisses and pets! Khaled was so amazing...

All of the above. The staff was very kind and helpful. Cleaner was great and kind.

Room was decent, on the phone staff said kitchen was fully stocked but it definitely was not at all. Thankfully I brought cutlery, plates, bowls, and cooking utensils! One guy at the front desk in the evenings was awesome the rest were ok. Went a few times and nobody was there so just left.

The manager was super sweet and polite, helped me out a lot. The room was clean and it had a clean smell, they refreshed my room a couple times with fresh towels, toiletries, coffee, and tea, and took out the trash as well. They have a pretty big indoor pool which is heated, it was so nice after a long travel day, they provided extra towels waiting for you in the pool room which is super nice. Over...

Excellent location within Vernon. Hotel is directly in the middle of quite a few amenities including the mall which is right across the street. Many restaurants and stores in walking distance to your room. Staff was impeccable and very helpful with any needs one would need. Rooms nice and clean, rooms nice and quiet for a good nights sleep. Ohh and there’s a beautiful continental breakfast each morning...

Staff was friendly & accomodating but I think the hotel needs some updating. The rags & towels need to be replaced or they can invest in a good cleaning agent to clean them properly.

The staff were nice. I didn’t understand why I checked in online and then had to do everything all over again when I went to get my key. The room wasn’t very quiet, at least the bed was comfortable. The room was surface clean but could definitely use some deep cleaning. As for the included breakfast… eggo waffles shrivelled sausages and ? Potatoes? I am not sure how long the coffee had been sitting...

Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Shower good. Overall quite clean, but significant dust bunnies behind night tables. Light over bathroom vanity was burnt out and not changed for second day.

This room was better than a cheap hotel/ motel. It had some area that could have used more attention to cleaning (lower wall corners and baseboards), but for the price, it wasn't unexpected. The breakfast was decent enough.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. An excellent breakfast was provided and the young worker even came to tables to offer fresh cooked eggs before she placed them in the tray at the buffet. Very thoughtful. The pool was clean and warm and the location of the hotel worked well for us. We’d stay here again.

The room was barely acceptable. When I checked out no one was at the front desk. The EV charging station they advertised on their website wasn't there's and cost extra to use. Even with an expensive hotel night. Won't stay their again.

Breakfast was a good selection. The parking was good and it was nice a quiet. Very clean and in good condition

We stayed in a family suite for four nights. The room was suitable for our needs - it had a fridge and a microwave. It would have been nice to have a couch. The daily breakfasts were excellent and convenient before heading out skiing for the day. We had the pool and hot tub pretty much to ourselves. The service was simply outstanding - they attended to our every need. It was a fantastic stay!

it was quite enjoyable. Because it was the holiday nothing else was open but I still had a nice time. The pool and hot tub were a nice refreshment. the rooms clean and comfortable.
