Sandman Hotel Vernon in Vernon

Hello… My name is Echo and I’d like to review the Sandman Hotel in Vernon.
My mom and I arrived early for our reservation, but we had called ahead to ensure we had our room ready! A really good plus! Upon arrival, we were greeted by the lovely manager, Khaled! He was so professional he even gave me my own bag of welcome treats after he spoiled me with hugs and kisses and pets! Khaled was so amazing. He even personally checked out our room and made sure it was perfectly warm and ready!
All of our services were wonderful! From a lovely quiet, clean room to having almost every request made honoured with pawsitivity and warmth 😊
From the very beginning to the very end of our stay, I loved coming to the Sandman. I totally recommend this hotel! My only complaint is I wasn’t allowed in the pool!!😊
I will definitely make sure my mom and I come back for a visit! A huge thank you to Khaled for making me feel so welcome!

Thank you so very much for the genuine,sincere excellent service during my stay it could not have been more professional, and I felt that my comfort was placed first! I will definitely be returning to the Sandman and recommend it, especially for those who have a dog!Khaled is such an excellent representative for this company! He takes extreme pride in doing his job perfectly and with the ease of a seasoned professional!

Awesome staff and Manager! Bhuwan Kandel has been most helpful and accomodating. The beds/pillows are sooo comfortable and love the showerhead. Also clean rooms and just a great place to kick back and relax

All of the above. The staff was very kind and helpful. Cleaner was great and kind.

The manager was super sweet and polite, helped me out a lot. The room was clean and it had a clean smell, they refreshed my room a couple times with fresh towels, toiletries, coffee, and tea, and took out the trash as well.
They have a pretty big indoor pool which is heated, it was so nice after a long travel day, they provided extra towels waiting for you in the pool room which is super nice. Over all this stay was so nice and made my trip amazing. Highly recommend and will come back again:)

We chose the sandman for a surprise birthday party for my Fiance and I’m incredibly happy we did. The Staff were so kind and the manager Khaled was amazing. He did everything in his power to make sure we had a great time and we absolutely did. Khaled was so kind to surprise us with an upgraded room and they left a little sparkly decoration with a card in our room and the card had a chocolate bar, and a $20 paper for Denny’s and other restaurants and I believe lobby drinks and snacks!! He also gave us a card to Mr Mikes Steakhouse for a free appetizer!

The rooms were beautiful - the shower was so nice, the water pressure was perfect (I loved how fast the hot water kicked on) the beds… omg we slept like babies, they were SOOOO comfy. The rooms were just super cozy.

The pool is a rectangular and the temperature is super nice. They also have a cozy couch for anybody that maybe didn’t want to swim or just a cozy spot to hang out. We ended up having the pool to ourselves and were absolute hooligans playing (if there were staff watching I hope you enjoyed the show) the pool was great!!

I really liked how Denny’s was connected. We had breakfast and dinner there and the staff were also great. I forgot to get plates and cutlery and they were so kind to give me some take out boxes and some take out cutlery which worked perfectly.

The only thing that was a bit tricky was the parking by the hotel. It was a bit tight but there are other spots to park like the diagonal which was much easier to reverse out of!

We had an amazing weekend at the Sandman and will be returning in the near future!

Room was small but simple. We enjoyed our stay. Wish they would offer more discounts or incentives during the stay. Amenities are a lot greater just across the street for a cheaper nightly rate. Still was a comfortable stay and we enjoyed our 10% off Denny’s.

The room was clean, comfy and the hotel quiet. I had a comfortable king size bed all to myself with four fluffy pillows! One of the best parts about the room was the huge reading chair by the TV. I spent many hours hanging out by the window reading my book.
I loved the indoor pool - was a great day to wind down at the end of a long work day.
The staff were incredible. Very helpful and attentive to all needs!
Having a Denny’s right next door was very convenient and albeit.. dangerous 😂 because I found myself wanting to go over there all the time!!
Overall, fantastic stay and I can’t wait to go back!
