Staff was friendly. Room was very spacious but very dark. Seemed clean at first, but noticed the floors were extremely dirty. Bring extra shoes or socks for inside. Easy to get to & from silver star, or Kal park. Breakfast was fine, just toast and cereal. Bed and pillows were super comfortable and super quiet at night!

Absolutely disappointed with cleanliness dirt in the drawers dust on lamps. I booked 6 weeks in advance to arrive to poo on toilet seat, spit in the sink the phone broken in room, the pool was not working, there is no hot tub. We were moved from a king to a queen. 10 pm they are working in pool area super noisy.I do not believe any of these positive comments they are all full of crap. The pictures need to be updated on webpage. We will never come back ever. My husband wanted leave @9pm we are paid up til 11 am Sunday so we must stay too dark to start driving!

Excellent location within Vernon. Hotel is directly in the middle of quite a few amenities including the mall which is right across the street. Many restaurants and stores in walking distance to your room. Staff was impeccable and very helpful with any needs one would need. Rooms nice and clean, rooms nice and quiet for a good nights sleep. Ohh and there’s a beautiful continental breakfast each morning. 5 ⭐️

We booked for 2 nights but after checking in and seeing the room, we decided to stay at a different hotel. There were many hairs in the sink and on the floor, the sheets had hair everywhere and were badly stained, the room had an unpleasant odor and the noise front the adjacent room was very bothersome.
I would like to get compensated for not staying there at all and having to stay at a different hotel.

Very poor breakfast offering, most people looked at it and left. Swimming pool and hot tub “closed for repairs”. Internet speed was slow.

After this stay I’ll be avoiding Days Inn motels.

The location is convenient, the front desk staff were kind, and the rooms appear modern with recent renovations. Unfortunately, this was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in.

I asked for another room but they were full so they send someone back to clean the room, but even after that it remained unsanitary. The linoleum floors—which should be easy to mop—were thick with grime. The sheets smelled unpleasant, I’m hoping at minimum non-scented detergent was used, and were visibly stained with dirty hand marks where they had been folded over. While the sheets were changed and the towels initially seemed okay, the second towel I grabbed still had dirty handprints on it.

Before the second cleaning, the mirror and microwave were covered in greasy hand marks (which were wiped down), but the shower was grimy and clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. To make matters worse, there was a pubic hair left on the toilet.

I understand that hotels may never be perfectly clean, but this was well beyond an acceptable standard. I’m relatively easy going and it takes a lot to gross me out, but right now I’m counting down the hours till I can shower.

Staff was friendly & accomodating but I think the hotel needs some updating. The rags & towels need to be replaced or they can invest in a good cleaning agent to clean them properly.

The staff were nice. I didn’t understand why I checked in online and then had to do everything all over again when I went to get my key. The room wasn’t very quiet, at least the bed was comfortable. The room was surface clean but could definitely use some deep cleaning. As for the included breakfast… eggo waffles shrivelled sausages and ? Potatoes? I am not sure how long the coffee had been sitting because I used at least 6 creamers and it was still pretty thick. Needless to say, breakfast wasn’t worth it, so different than other Days Inn I have stayed at.

It's just Wendy's, the service was pretty good. I didn't have to wait long, and they didn't screw up my order.

Not worth the hassle. The service was awful, their debit machine wasn't working at all and the manager was extremely rude. We ended up just going down the road to McDonald's.

Had the chicken, ribs and split pea soup. The soup and bun were quite good. The chicken was moist and the ribs tasty but kinda tough. The vegetables where pretty bland though.

I had the Seniors pork cutlet. Food was delicious, carrots not cooked too much. I liked the size of the meal and reasonable price. The service was excellent.

The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately on the day of our visit the waitress was run off her feet and got our order slightly incorrect. We enjoyed the food and the prices aren't bad.
