Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. An excellent breakfast was provided and the young worker even came to tables to offer fresh cooked eggs before she placed them in the tray at the buffet. Very thoughtful. The pool was clean and warm and the location of the hotel worked well for us. We’d stay here again.

The room was barely acceptable. When I checked out no one was at the front desk. The EV charging station they advertised on their website wasn't there's and cost extra to use. Even with an expensive hotel night. Won't stay their again.

We stayed in a family suite for four nights. The room was suitable for our needs - it had a fridge and a microwave. It would have been nice to have a couch. The daily breakfasts were excellent and convenient before heading out skiing for the day. We had the pool and hot tub pretty much to ourselves. The service was simply outstanding - they attended to our every need. It was a fantastic stay!

it was quite enjoyable. Because it was the holiday nothing else was open but I still had a nice time. The pool and hot tub were a nice refreshment. the rooms clean and comfortable.

We were at the Quality Inn for 1 night only but enjoyed it! The bed was very comfortable. We had dinner at the Cabana bar and Kitchen with Darrell as our waiter (he was fantastic)! We used the pool and hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. Tea selection was poor in my opinion with only Orange Pekoe and breakfast was okay. We actually ended up going to Ratio Cafe for a better breakfast. But overall I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel has a grungy feel, commensurate with its low price point. Just understand that it isn't a bargain: it's just cheap.
What pushed me over the decision hump was the hotel's inclusion of a hot tub among its amenities. Too bad then that this hot tub was out of order throughout my 3-day stay. I somehow suspect the hot tub out of order more often than not. But, hey, makes for good advertising.
Speaking of "out of order" the lobby vending machine's credit card tap function was out of order as well - also throughout the duration of my stay.
So really, you're just paying for a bed in a somewhat grungy hotel. You get what you pay for.
I'd be remiss if I didn't add that the front staff was very pleasant.

Maybe people that order pizza expect it to come in a glass and wrapped in gold tinfoil because I have ordered pizza from everyplace in the whole valley. Panago always gives me a consistently great tasting pizza, with the best prices of any Pizza joint in town/ towns. The service and quality of the dough are exceptional and I have never I repeat never had a bad pizza from Panago. Thank you for all these years giving my family an excellent pizza at an excellent price.

After ordering a pizza with very little cheese on it, i took it back. He said he put the allotted amount on and just said sorry. Did absolitly notging to rectify the problem. I work next door and eat here regularly. Ive never seen a sadder pizza in my life. Horrible!

Just called for delivery and it was the most brutal experince of my life. Dude made me repeat my order twice and had a terrible attitude, totally killed my buzz. The pizza is amazing though ????
And they always remember to bring dipping sauce

My fiance is lactose intolerant and vegan. They screwed up out order, so I called back. The very rude young lady said I did ask for regular cheese and that there's milk and eggs in the bread and hung up on us. Even though we've looked at the ingredients before.

If you want good pizza I suggest Nicholas and Marie's.

Highly recommend not supporting this business. Ownership is absolutely terrible, if it wasn't a franchise it probably would have gone out of business a long time ago. Customers and staff are treated poorly, which can be seen by the high rate of turn over.

Terrible service don't ever get Barbie as your server very rude. The food was okay at best, not up to White Spot standards.

Always good food and service. But that door bell that constantly goes off when the door is opened is horrible. You shouldn't need a door bell when you're running a restaurant. There should always be someone to greet the customers at the door!!! Everything else was great though!

Food was not good. Burnt burger and very bland. Cold fries that looked like they were from the supermarket frozen section. Menu says they are famous for their burgers? Famously awful maybe. Overpriced garbage food. The milkshakes are really good which is the only reason I can give this place a star.
