I had stayed here years ago as an independent Sunset Inn. It's now the Knights Inn and is clean, comfortable with updated rooms at reasonable prices plus friendly hands-on owners. The bank of rooms along the back of the property have fantastic views of Lake Vernon. Short walk to Tall trees and Smokin' Hot bbq restaurants or a short drive/longer walk to the downtown area. Would definitely stay again !!

Place is worn, dirty. Don’t expect much from the family that runs this place, they are not helpful with anything. Frustrating communication with them. Better options in town.

as soon as I arrived I open the bed and I found hair inside the bed sheets... not great eh?

Definitely won't be staying here again. It was only a $100 for a down deposit. Charged me 300 reserved. The hotel online I got there wouldn't let me get the room but took the $300 deposit
I didn't realize I had to be brown.To stay here so I should have came with face paint.Because locals aren't welcome and there's nothing more annoying than trying to speak to someone that doesn't speak english in canada

We make two trips to Huntsville every year, in both summer and winter, and this has become our go-to place to stay. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it’s clean, reliable, and offers exactly what we need for a comfortable getaway. The staff is always kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful any time an issue arises. Their hospitality keeps us coming back, and we plan to continue staying here on all our future visits.

The walls were stained, we parked our rental car in the car park someone done a hit and run, we asked the to motel to check cameras they said they would took pictures of the damage but after checking cameras they are refusing to help and were very rude to us and started hanging up every time we ring and claim they didn’t take any photos we are now liable for the damage on our rental car DO NOT STAY HERE

We didn’t like the bed sheets has so many stains that were not cleaned properly. Not one sheet there’s were 3 sheets was extremely dirty stains on we asked to be changed at. The two Indian staffs serve the bed sheets don’t speak english which the front office counter staff came in our room .

Front desk counter staff was very rude and disrespectful to us not properly trained at all the way he speak. We’re just asked to get bed sheets change that’s all. His common said we’re not at Marriott Hotel. We paid $211.54 for one night stay its average above.

Believe me we’re not going back or recommend anyone’s because of dirtiness bed sheets and bad management front counter desk staff.

A fantastic place, exceeding my expectations. Excellent value for money, spacious and clean rooms, attentive staff, breakfast included, beautiful lake view, and within walking distance of the city center. Thumbs up!

Went with a group of 7 women. The waiter was very pleasant. The food was pretty good. This is my second time coming here and it was definitely better than the last. Not all the dishes we tried were great.

Had a wonderful dinner at Tall Trees. We had the calamari to start and veal Oscar & the beef tenderloin with mushroom sauce. The food was fantastic, the server was prompt and kind. The restaurant being in a house adds a quaint, cozy feel which is perfect while in Huntsville. Only complaint was that dinner was so delicious we ate it all and had no room for desert. Would highly recommend, and go again. I was very happy that the Antler Steakhouse was closed and we chose to go here instead. Make a reservation for dinner, many got turned away from the door because they were full up.

We saw this restaurant mentioned in the LCBO book, knowing we were coming to Huntsville for a conference thought we'd try it! So very happy we did and are planning to return Tuesday before heading home!
Food was hot, delicious, asthetically pleasing to the eye, prices very reasonable and topped off with excellent service!
