Great for families on Easter weekend. Lots of activities planned by the resort. Great view from the room!

Spent a winter weekend at an event. Hotel is the sa.e as it's always been, not in a bad way at all. Rooms are clean, but was surprised there were neither water nor drinking glasses. Staff is very friendly. The hours of the pub were weird. Full house on a Saturday and it only opened at 1130. By 1215 no meals had been served. The lobby bar is closed for lunch?? Which leaves no option other than Huntsville...

We stayed for two nights. The setting is beautiful. Restaurants are very good and the service is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. We also took advantage of the escape rooms on-site. The one negative is that the room we were is was really overdue for an update. The decor was definitely dated, which I don't care much about. But there were things that mattered. The carpets were stained...

We had an amazing stay at Deerhurst Resort! From the moment we arrived, the natural beauty of Muskoka completely took our breath away. The waterfront views, walking trails, and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. The rooms were a little dated, but they were clean and comfortable with everything we needed. This is a great place to visit in the summer and winter. There are lots of activities to do with the kids and also for adults looking to relax. You have the option of staying in the main hotel or staying off site but not too far from the main hotel. One of the most convenient parts was having the shuttle available to get to and from the main hotel. This meant that we could park our car and then not...

I had stayed here years ago as an independent Sunset Inn. It's now the Knights Inn and is clean, comfortable with updated rooms at reasonable prices plus friendly hands-on owners. The bank of rooms along the back of the property have fantastic views of Lake Vernon. Short walk to Tall trees and Smokin' Hot bbq restaurants or a short drive/longer walk to the downtown area. The parking lot was not plowed, there was 5” of snow at 3 pm. When everyone is arriving.

We didn’t like the bed sheets has so many stains that were not cleaned properly. Not one sheet there’s were 3 sheets was extremely dirty stains on we asked to be changed at. The two Indian staffs serve the bed sheets don’t speak english which the front office counter staff came in our room . Front desk counter staff was very rude and disrespectful to us not properly trained at all the way he speak...

A fantastic place, exceeding my expectations. Excellent value for money, spacious and clean rooms, attentive staff, breakfast included, beautiful lake view, and within walking distance of the city center. Thumbs up!

The room was a bit run down, but everything worked and there was a fridge and microwave, a couple of folding chairs and a comfy bed. It was clean and the staff was friendly

Pool was unable to be used and we had to go next door to best western if we wanted to go for a swim. Had we received an email notifying we would have cancelled and booked at best western. We were harassed by a hockey team group of families and the manager did basically nothing except talk to them which they didnt listen. Asked to check out first day because of the harassment and the manager refused...

Yes it was and the staff was very courteous. I would definately stay there again.

Stayed for 2 nights visiting Arrowhead and Algonquin with my daughter and our dogs.. No extra fees charged for pets, which is great. Staff were friendly and helpful, whether supplying extra pillows or loaning us a charger. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The motel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants.
