You get what you pay for, in the best way possible. We came in for a weekend of activities and just needed a place to lay our heads at the end of the day and this was exactly it. Nothing fancy, but economical option. The bathroom especially, had a few flaws in the drywall, I could see how someone picky would be bothered by that. But for us, it didn’t matter. It was extra nice to have a space with separate bedrooms for those wanting to cut costs and share a room without being all up in each other business. We would likely book here again when we come back for another visit.

It's not fancy but definitely adequate accommodations. The only real "issue" was that the shower curtain does not fit the shower stall. It does make a mess at either end. Just mop it up as to avoid slipping on the wet floor.
Not aesthetically pleasing but is functional.

Good condition overall. Shower head needs work. Left some items behind by accident they must’ve taken it or thrown it in the garbage. Don’t trust the cleaning staff in your room

We use the Residence and Conference centre at Conestoga college every summer to host our provincial volleyball programs, and are always so happy with their service. The staff are wonderful to work with, and the rooms provide exactly what our athletes and coaches need. They go above and beyond to make our stay the best it can be. Highly recommend booking any group stays with them!

Student residence. Two beds, kitchen (which I didn't use) work space. Air conditioning. I did not check to see if the small TV worked. Shower head needed to be improved. I needed a place to sleep and this covered my needs

We stayed at the Residence & Conference Centre for four days, using it as a launch point to explore southern Ontario. Keep in mind, you’re booking a dorm-style room—it’s a bit rough around the edges. There was a musty smell when we first walked in, though we eventually went nose-blind. The A/C felt a little underpowered, but I travel with a fan, so I was comfortable.

That said, you get a two-bedroom suite with a private bathroom and a kitchenette. Since we had our own camping gear, we were set up for cooking, which worked out well. The beds were okay, the bedding was clean, and the area felt safe. It’s conveniently close to Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, and the highway.

For a longer stay like ours, it offered great value. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site laundry was a bonus. The laundry card system might be a bit tricky for some, but if you run into trouble, just ask the staff—they’re happy to help.

Very loud HVAC vent made sleeping difficult, kitchenette was not very helpful without any dishes, cutlery etc and no coffee maker or even a kettle

These rooms are very dated with 30 year old blinds that barely function, a tv that has sound cutting in and out, plus missing some basics like coffee and tea that most hotels offer. The air/con kinda worked if you set it below 70. It's great to have two separate bedrooms but the place seemed manky overall for the room rate that one pays. In general, the KW area lacks good hotels near the airport. So you can chance things with a private bnb or a cheap motel I suppose.

This place was a safe heaven when I had a last minute rental property fall through. The rooms are clean, well kept and the team was phenomenal. I had an extended stay where I added night by night and the team was so understanding and kind. Rehna and Dakota were particular gems! Highly recommend. Thanks everyone!!
