We stayed here for a youth sports tournament and it was mixed. The front of the hotel was very nice and clear. Good looking bar and nice restaurant. It's a bit deceiving, though, because there is an ancient 2 floor walk up motel from the 1970s that is attached to the back. The rooms are cramped, it a really long was away from the lobby, no elevator. The rooms were not that clean, wallpaper peeling and discolours, though the beds were nice. And the staff was friendly and very kind to guests, and the management is to be commended for that. We also received a very nice, hot breakfast. But I would suggest making clear if you are staying the newer tower or older wing. The tower rooms look really nice on the website, but the older rooms were not. Over all, it was just OK.

I attended a work function at this location. The staff were helpful, particularly when we found the temperature of our conference room too cold. The food was a pleasant surprise. Typically hotel conference center food is bland and predictable but the meals here for our function were delicious and there was plenty for everyone. Staff were attentive and made sure we had fully stocked beverages throughout the day. I would recommend this locale for any local business needing a space for a business workshop, working session, meeting or conference.

I was here with my daughter, her husband and my three grandchildren. The rooms were spacious enough to hold a crib. Which they brought to the room no problems.
The front desk was helpful and very friendly. The waite staff was awesome and patient with the children and always had ready smiles for us.
The rooms were clean and smelt nice.
The pool outside was clean and the towels fresh.
We had a small problem with our key for the fitness room however it was quickly resolved. The fitness room was clean and well maintained. The surprise they gave my daughter for their anniversary was excellent. The bartender was also fabulous.
Overall it was a great stay!!
I will definitely come back here.

We had a session in one of their rooms. The provided room was too tight for the number of people they new we wanted to accommodate so we were squeezed in... the room was hot and they neglected to list us on the digital board for our guests... even after being admised that we werent listed. I have been at this facility before and generally a great experience... they are worthy of another try but this one was a swing and a miss

This is a great location for hosting company events, parties, seminars, networking events etc... the staff is friendly and helpful and always quick to respond! Friends have hosted events here for years and always a good experience. Not sure what the hotel rooms are like but have heard good things from others who have stayed the night.

My cousin booked a room here for 2 nights for my wedding gift. So I can have a peaceful night before , a place for us to get ready the morning of, and somewhere my hubby and I can spend the night since we are not able to do a honeymoon right away. Well as soon as I get there the keys cards done work. Go back to get it fixed for 4 cards now “just in case”. I was told that they aren’t the greatest so it happens all the time.
Next morning the room ac decided not to work as we where getting ready. No one came to help fix that issue.
That night get back to the hotel to have our keycards not work again. The front desk person was not helpful or friendly at all!!!!
And those pictures are very deceiving.....rooms don’t look anywhere close to that.
I will never visit again and I will not let my family or friends use this hotel!!!!

So. The hotel is broken into two sections. The one section is very modern with good internet and great amenities while the other section is an old motel that they attached to the newer hotel. Internet is bad, there is a serious lack of power outlets, and the showers aren't very good. Guess which part I stayed at? (The only reason I know about the newer section is because my co-worker stayed there). I would try to book a different hotel if possible... Or clarify that you are staying in the newer section.

This is probably the best kept hotel in this area. Service from check in to check out was great! This is definitely our go to spot with any out of town visitors. There are awesome restaurants directly across the street. Quick access to the highway and ample parking available at no extra charge. The rooms are very clean and size is good.
