This place is great place to stay. It feels like a little apartment then a hotel room. Bed are comfortable and the room is clean. I like the glass stand up shower. The staff is great. Friendly and polite. I have stayed here several times and will stay again when I need to. Lastly, I think the price per night is a fair price.

We came in really early and front desk (Kirandeep) was super accommodating that he allowed us to check in earlier. Such a good hotel to stay in with bfast too! In room amenities like the lotion and shanpoo and all were the bigger sizes which were more convenient. Overall all a lovely stay

It rude was a person it would be the guy at the reception. Unnecessarily agitated and no clue what good customer service is. Cleanliness was OK at best - so many strange hairs in bathroom etc. Definitely my last stay her

My stay was ok. To say the very least I wouldn't come back here even if it was free. Many large spiders in room, they do not vacuum in-between guest it looks like they just sweep it all to the sides and hope we don't notice which says alot about what they really care about. Also manager threw a hissy fit even though front desk said it was fine to check out late. Get it together fruitcake!

This hotel front desk and management staff are very very kind! Because the hotel is located well and close to business, we chose this home2 .When we checked in and I told them I don’t sleep well for two night ago .the front desk and management staff ,even the cleaning staff were very kind and enthusiastic to help me gave us so much more help, which made us very moved! We hope they will receive our gratitude here! In addition, the hotel is well equipped, bright and the house is clean! Highly recommend this hotel.

Brand new hotel. Very comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was exceptional for transitional hotel breakfast . Overall , I would come back to this specific hotel .

Great, friendly service staff! Ribs were simply delicious, but the vegetables and mashed potatoes were a little cold. Next time I will try to eat the ribs faster but they were sooo good!

As someone who lives nearby and has spent hundreds of dollars there since it opened, I am so disappointed. BEWARE - New Ownership!! It is no longer the great burger place it once was. From the lack of bacon to the new watered down salad dressings to the gross breaded chicken... Wow. Why did you bother to even buy the franchise that made it worth what it was?!?! People went there because they made good food! Well now I'll be looking elsewhere... You lost my business that's for sure, and it looks like I am not alone!

We ordered the Greek burger combo and Big Juicy burger combos. Food tastes great, and prices are decent. The only suggestion would be to switch to compostable or recyclable packaging :)

Very good burger, juicy 6oz Patty made in-house. My kid really liked the poutine, prices recently we're lowered. I got a cheeseburger combo with a large poutine and drink for $14.10. they have a kid size burger for $4 aswell.

The chicken in my souvlaki pita was raw in the middle. The pita was hard on the bottom, in the centre (stale). The "garlic sauce" was like liquid and made the rest of the pita bread soggy. I got a few bites in before I realized the chicken was not cooked. I'm hoping I don't get food poisoning. I gave 2 stars because my boyfriend enjoyed his fish and chips, and onion rings. This place WAS good, there used to be awesome burgers. There were only a couple on the menu now, no option to add bacon.... seriously? Don't go, save your money.

This is the second time ! I order a pizza and then when I get there they tell me they don't have pizza dough what kind of pizza store is this. Like wow. There really aren't words ever since fairview pizza hut closed this is they only option but it should just close

This is the worst pizza hut location I have ever ordered pizza from. EVER pizza ordered has very little topping and all toppings are in middle of pizza. Crust does NOT rise and DOES NOT TASTE CRISPY!!! I'm 100% sure everybody buys this pizza for the crust. The crust taste old and is thick/doughy grossss.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM PLEASEEEEEEE! Save your money and get food from one of the other restaurants in plaza. Vietnamese or the Indian place mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I'm serious!!!

Absolutely brutal!

Past 2 times I have ordered from there it has been terrible.
Ordered thin and crispy pizza and everytime it is a thin and soggy instead. I even put well done in the instructions.
Last time I ordered and then went to pick up and they told me fryer broken so could not get my wing order. They didn't even offer me anything for not being able to fulfill my order.

They give you a survey to fill out. Ironically it is called pizza hut listens. Well apparently they don't as I have filled out 2 bad surveys and filled in for someone to contact me about it and yet no one ever has.

Stay away from this store. I don't plan on ordering from here again!

Just got delivery. Ordered pizza and one of their cookies. Paid $40 including tip. the Delivery was 20 minutes late. When i called the pizza hut they couldn't find my order at which point the delivery driver showed up. The pizza was ice cold to the point I had to heat it up in the microwave. Will never be ordering from here again.
