Just giving feedback on the reservation service at this motel. Jut called to inquire about individual rates per night. I was interested in the daily rate each night for a week. Trying to pick the best rate as we are flexible. The person on the phone told me he was "confused" as to why I wanted rates for each night. He then asked where I was calling from. I told him I wasn't sure why this mattered. He then reluctantly gave me the rates. Then asked me if that was all. I asked if this was for 2 queen beds and he replied "no that would be $10 more per night" I then said thank you and he hung up on me. I think he needs a lesson in manners and customer service.

I stay here when in town. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable’. They have breakfast available starting as early as 6 am

We arrived for work and chose this hotel. Everything we saw online, from the rooms to the entire hotel, is even better in reality. An exceptional experience. The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are very comfortable.The hotel is like new. The staff is friendly and always available for any help or assistance. I highly recommend it.

Room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable.
We had a nice chat with the manager when we checked in and in the morning when we checked out we also had a very good and helpful conversation with Anu that we will follow up with. Very much appreciated!

The rooms were super clean and I struggle to sleep in hotel beds but this bed was so comfy I slept like a baby. Highly recommended this hotel

Anu (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was incredible. Check in was smooth and she helped us with using the elevator and checked with us to make sure the room met our needs. The room was extremely clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room on the 2nd floor was a bit dated but she also confirmed that the 2nd floor rooms will be getting renovated soon, just as the first floor has been done. When checking out she wanted to make sure we had something to eat before we left. I can’t thank her enough for the wonderful experience at the hotel

worked at Tim's all through high school and really enjoyed my time here. Its a great first job, it allows you to learn and grow and have fun with your co-workers.

I recommend working here if you are in high school or university as they are really flexible with scheduling, allow you to book a lot of time off throughout the year, and its pretty easy to get your shift covered if need be. You can also get full time or part time hours depending on your schedule.

The staff and customers are usually pretty nice, I had a couple of problems with customers throughout the years but nothing too major. You don't get more than $5 in tips here, so if you want a job with tips keep looking lol.

Tim's is great with giving discounts on their food as well as free food for its employees. And if you work there throughout high school, you get $250 each year and when you graduate, you get all that money. (Not sure if every Tim's does this, but mine did and I got $750 after 3 years of working there) There is also the Tim Horton's scholarship for university kids and that's great too.

I recommend working here, its a great environment. :)

Not impressed 3 times in a row going here. First time seafood wasn't cooked, second time calamari and seafood were not cooked and tonight crab cakes were still cold inside, mac and cheese sauce felt like sand, muscles were undercooked and we were served practically raw chicken. 10 mins after they served us they came back and we waited 25 mins for a replacement meal. When we ordered desert they did not habe what we ordered, we stìll paid full price and were gave attitude when we left. No returning.

I can only speak for Walker & Leamington locations.
I hate calling and ordering pizza at these 2 locations.
It always seems rushed like they are doing you a favor.
The pizza itself ? Decent. Sometimes real good ,
sometimes not so good. Most recent in Leamington
not so good. Undercooked toppings with a burnt crust.
Not sure how that happens.
For my money I would rather patronize Dougall Cheese Wheelz.
Just my 2 bits.
