LOVED everything about this hotel.
Front desk lady was amazing, super fast check in and super friendly.
Room was very clean, spacious and modernly decorated.
Will be coming back anytime we're in Windsor, and we're in Windsor at least once a month!
Perfect location for everything downtown. Short walk to many amenities.

The room was clean. I was a very late check in. Unfortunately, they did run out of hotel parking spaces . But a city parking garage was very close by. I didn't get to experience the breakfast due our schedule. The area has places to eat and was very close to the Windsor -Detroit tunnel. The room was comfortable and it was a nice quiet stay.

The room is OK, close to the river, a bit noisy. Other than that, there is nothing wrong with the money. It's because you don't have it that you will find that your life is becoming more and more like ours.

There are a variety of restaurants nearby. Traveling to the US is very convenient, with customs right next to the hotel. There's also a private pool for entertainment. There's also a community pool, and on weekends, there's a water park, which is fun for both adults and children. The entrance fee is also very reasonable. I'd definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel is in downtown close to businesses, residential areas and restaurants.

Access to Detroit is very convenient as the hotel is right next to the tunnel.

The hotel has good parking and is clean.

Have eaten at many Indian restaurants. This was not the best food I've had. The korma didn't taste anything like any korma I have ever had before. Tasted like they mixed canned tomato soup with cream. Food also took almost two hours to arrive and we were the only ones in the restaurant.

The place is not too bad. Very quiet. I will say that Soups are small. Careful!, the food in general can be very spicy. Everything is served with rice.

I have literally dined at Indian restaurants all over the world. I can safely say that my dining experience has been one of the best at this restaurant. Very reasonable prices both for the wine and the excellent food. Go for it while you still can!

Horrible pizza.
Barley had any sauce on my pizza or toppings. Tasted flat out like cardboard. With all the better pizza places in Windsor I do not reccomend Pizza Pizza at this location.

Meh. Typical pizza pizza laziness. Hiring people who don't really "care" too much about making food. Used to be tolerable when they would do a 5$ pepperoni pizza. Now its barely tolerable unless you're drunk. There is plenty of better food options available in the area. Go to Simon's Prime if its open. Hell, go to Subway. You will waste less time and enjoy it more.

My bf ordered a pizza and it came with the box crushed and all of the toppings stuck to the lid. Which is fine because they are good at switching them out, but when the delivery guy gor here he was incredibly rude and literally rolled his eyes at me... Not impressed.

My friend and I went here and we were coming back from a night out and I think we were kind of mean to the staff. We ordered a medium pizza as well as two more slices for ourselves while we waited. It was a crazy night and if we were mean we are very sorry. Your pizza tasted good I think. Thanks

The management here is so rude this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced the kitchen in the back is disgusting. The lady who picks up the phone constantly hangs up on customers she cusses in Chinese I have recorded the messages.

Waited 2.5 hrs then called to find out the order was still not on the way. Will never order from here again. My order was over $100 and they called us to say they had no more sweet sour shrimp after 1 hour. When i called them after waiting 2.5 hrs they said the order was still not cooked. UNHAPPY

Listen, this place has the best Chinese food! It's unbelievable how good it is. If you can get past the strange decor and the aromas you will not be disappointed. Staff is tipical ill mannered as you normally expect from a Chinese restaurant. You know that feeling they give you like why are you here?, BUT they do a great job of getting the food in and out. I love this place!

There is the Best Chinese Food in Windsor Area! But the waitresses service attitude is extremely bad! It's need to improve a lots for the Customer Service Attitude. And Dining room and the Restrooms suggest need to decoration again.

Best dim sum in town! Usually really busy on Sunday so you might have to wait for a table for a couple of minutes. The food is amazing.
