Never stay in room 601. It is called a suite. Has a separate bedroom and sitting room. Two bathrooms. It is large but good news ends there. The room is situated beside three elevators banks and the bedroom opens up to the hallway. So noisy you can not sleep. Staff were great and the chef in the breakfast area was excellent. BUT sleeping is pretty important. I was awoken every 15 minutes by noise. Til 3 am when the last guest went to bed.

"I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Windsor, Ontario, for two nights, and I was extremely disappointed. The room hadn't been cleaned—used soap from the previous guest was still there no new soap even the next day, and there was no coffee machine wasn't working or water in the fridge. I expected much better service. I would not recommend staying here." Not worth your money when we check out we asked for coffee or water the answer was sorry the restaurant not open yet, this is really not acceptable

Older hotel. Toilet wiggled. Kinda older. Pool was freezing. If not heated why keep it open ? Like. Polar dip. Extremely disappointing

Upon arrival assigned room was not cleaned. Front desk staff were kind and courteous and changed our room with no problem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for our 1 night stay.
Our room was not as clean as i would expect, for example we could draw on the dust on the tv stand, the bathrooms needed some updating and the floor was definitely mopped with a dirty mop.
For 1 night and the price, it was liveable, but longer stay I would of called down to change rooms.

Room was ok but could have been cleaner. Dusty and cobwebs on floor in corners. Numerous surfaces hadn't been wiped clean.
Bed and pillow were comfy.
My room did not get cleaned on the weekend and this was not made clear that I had to ask so after a long tiring day I came home to an uncleaned or tidied room.

The rooms were nice and staff were great. I got these rooms for my 30 year old son and his wife and their friends to celebrate his 30th birthday. I wanted to do something special for him since he battled cancer and we didn’t think he would see his 30th. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken so it was a huge expensive disappointment.

The room was very spacious. There was a hockey tournament staying at the hotel so sleep was not the best

My order was not correct so I called on the spot as it was a pick up order and I was told next time I come in just to give them my name and I would get a discount. I didn't end up going back. I also felt like it was a little pricey

At first when I saw this pace I was like wow I don’t think that they’re going to get our order right since it was so big we spent $30 on Taco Bell and they got everything correct 10 out of 10 recommend

Every time I come here there is at least a 15min wait in drive thru. So much so that just to make sure I wasn't just exaggerating the time to myself, as we often do when impatient, I started watching the clock on subsequent visits. The last time I went through said drive thru was two months ago and it took, no exaggeration, 45 minutes from pulling into drive thru to pulling out.
Btw's my order is three build a boxes with two beef burrito, nachos and cheese, empanada, and chocolate milk, one build a box with two bean burrito,nachos supreme, cinnamon twist and chocolate milk. Not a large or complex order.
Someone needs to step up their burrito game.

So I have been to this pizza hut lots of times. I feel like I get value for money and everyone leaves happy. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The only issue I would mention is that I have been there different times and waited for quite a while before anyone appeared to seat me. Otherwise It's a good experience.

Was a bit annoyed the whole time over the music for quality was terrible! The sound kept going in and out and the quality was as if it were being played over a phone call on speaker phone.
Like all the other reviews, the place was pretty dead. No one was in when we were seated...2 tables were seated when were leaving.

I wish I could give it 0 stars, but unfortunately not. Walked in to order a take out on a Tuesday evening around 7PM. Dining room had a few tables, and there was 2 people in front of me. 10 minutes later - none of us had even been said Hello to, but the employees had time to talk about their long weekend to one another. Terrible customer service - and definitely makes sense why Pizza Hut is almost completely out of the city.

Our server was a total sweetheart and the service was fast (restaurant was dead) but the carpet, booth, and table all had crumbs all over (definitely not cleaned) and the pizza was insanely mediocre. Not nearly as good as it used to be. The crust was paper thin and soggy and couldn't even hold up the toppings so it had to be eaten with a fork and knife. No wonder this chain seems to be slowly dying.
