The motel looked decrepit and abandoned, wearied at a Hampton inninsyead

The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfy. The front desk people were amiable as well. My only issue was the air conditioner unit which was extremely loud and it kept kicking in at that noise level every 10-15 minutes. It kept waking us up all night long. If it wasn't for that, this would have been an excellent 5 star motel stay. If I had to stay longer, I would have brought it up with management but since I was there for only 1 night, I did not. Despite that one inconvenience, if I visit Sudbury again, I would stay here.

P.S. I have posted a short clip to give the management an idea of the noise so that they can fix that unit. This was the extreme end unit on the upper floor facing the parking lot.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and check in was quick and simple. Excellent choice for a modest motel stay.

Clean nice staff air was very controlable, lots of parking. Close to our Disc Golf tourney at Twin Stacks.

compforable, clean excepet for floor should have been washed. could not visibly see dirt but it needed washing.

Cheap renovations had been done. Tolette ran. The room was very sparse, with poor access to food. For the same price, you can get a much better room down the road.

Clean and good place to stop for a night . It’s not the fanciest looking place but if you can get a cheap deal it’s great for an overnight stop .

We had a late check in and the front desk clerk was very accommodating. Property was right off the highway but far enough away it was quiet. Would recommend

Two glasses in room to drink from.
No gas stations, or mini marts close by; motel is by itself
No Kleenex in room.

The room was clean, staff amazing but the mattress needs to be changed! Springs on one side is broken! I did housekeeping for years and you should rotate your mattresses, always! Overall, pretty good!
