Disgusting, and the absolute worst service.
I had to ask the front desk for cleaning supplies to clean my bathroom. Many things not working, holes in the walls, the bathroom fan never worked, the key cards took 6 tries of frustration to open the door each time. There are stains everywhere. Would not recommend. Not a comfortable night sleep. AND I’m writing this at 2:20am because I’m awake and have been for hours! Others staying in the hotel feel it’s necessary to keep us awake as they are playing in the room above us and who knows where else. Jumping up and down, running back and forth, slamming doors. Very inconsiderate to other guests, and the front desk just wrote down the complaint which included a long list from other guests as well. Nothing was done for quite a long time.

Went because of an emergency situation. It was hard to book a room because the credit card had to have the name on the card and my friend had to go through a bunch of her cards before finding one that worked. I ended up having to pay her share on my damn card. A two bed is $147 mother flipping dollars *absolutely not worth it*
The tub clogged while taking a shower, and took forever to drain.
There appeared to be poop on the sink counter 😳 and stains of some sort on the bathroom wall. 🤢🤮
The offer when I complained, was to move rooms. I should have had a discount for that. Especially considering that there is no maintenance and/or cleaners when we checked in, which was 7pm. That's ridiculous and inexcusable, but that figures - no company wants to actually pay their employees a decent enough wage and keep them around during hours that make sense. Especially when open 24 hours.
Poor planning.
I like that the room had flooring and not disgusting carpets with God only knows who's personal bodily fluids would have been on there.
I don't think the bed sheet on the top is cleaned.
The bathroom doorknob was not cleaned.
Do you guys clean anything? No, you rush your cleaning and do a half ass job - disgusting.
Your tv is small and at an awkward corner in a room I stead of installed on the wall. (We didn't watch tv. We just slept and had to leave early in the morning)
No idea how to set the alarm clock.
A waste of money for what you get.
The location is decent, at least. That's it, though.
I remember when this place was first opened and it didn't look so sad and run down as it does now.
The hallways are pretty much the only redeeming thing about this place.
Your prices need to match what you offer and how clean it is.

We had several young hockey teams staying at our hotel and kids were running and yelling on all floors of the hotel going on past 11:00 at night with the parent even partying in the hallways. They were so loud. The staff came up on occasion to ask them to be quiet until the staff stopped answering the phone to receive the complaints. Then everything would again early in the morning with the kids running around in every hallway of the hotel. We hardly got any sleep. My daughter was competing that weekend in provincial qualifiers which their team lost because they were so tired. NOT impressed at all. After 11:00, police should have been called to rectify the situation at the very least. Especially on the second night after the staff would not even answer the phones.

Rooms are extremely dated, small and in need of repair. Stains all over walls. Black lint and dust falling from bathroom fan. Main stairway very dirty. Toilet in room didn’t work and no employee to fix it until after 8:30am and no main lobby bathroom to use. Tv small and in awkward area.

Front desk staff was very nice. Brought clean towels each day. Beds were decently comfortable. Location was excellent to all arenas and lots of restaurants and shopping. Parking lot has lots of room and is easy to access.

First, the room was filthy; whiskers and hair on the bathroom counter; food crumbs on the floor; the counter the TV was on looked like it had not been cleaned since they built the motel. The mattress was so uncomfortable, both of us were up most of the night.
The room had zero amenities; no safe, no coffee, no mini fridge. Highly recommend avoiding this place and staying somewhere else.
