It has always been a great stay for me
Great view! We will definitely stay here again.
I was too busy to take photos. It was not a weekend and the hotel parking spaces were too few. The front desk gave me an address for other parking. It took more than five minutes to walk back after parking the car, and there was a charge. It was extremely inconvenient, but everything else was ok.
The environment of this hotel is very good, it can be said that it is the best place in Windsor. Early dining is rich in variety and delicious.
Breakfast was very adequate and location was excellent.
Accommodations were new and modern! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Has a fitness room/gym that’s pretty okay. Free breakfast was very good. Also has a small shop at the front desk that covers the basics. Rooms were clean. Tv had a good selection of channels. Also the front desk gave me free cake for a staff birthday! :D
Never stay in room 601. It is called a suite. Has a separate bedroom and sitting room. Two bathrooms. It is large but good news ends there. The room is situated beside three elevators banks and the bedroom opens up to the hallway. So noisy you can not sleep. Staff were great and the chef in the breakfast area was excellent. BUT sleeping is pretty important. I was awoken every 15 minutes by noise. Til...
Older hotel. Toilet wiggled. Kinda older. Pool was freezing. If not heated why keep it open ? Like. Polar dip. Extremely disappointing
Upon arrival assigned room was not cleaned. Front desk staff were kind and courteous and changed our room with no problem.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for our 1 night stay.
Our room was not as clean as i would expect, for example we could draw on the dust on the tv stand, the bathrooms needed some updating and the floor was definitely mopped with a dirty mop.
For 1 night and the price, it was liveable, but longer stay I would of called down to change rooms.
Room was ok but could have been cleaner. Dusty and cobwebs on floor in corners. Numerous surfaces hadn't been wiped clean.
Bed and pillow were comfy.
My room did not get cleaned on the weekend and this was not made clear that I had to ask so after a long tiring day I came home to an uncleaned or tidied room.
The room was very spacious. There was a hockey tournament staying at the hotel so sleep was not the best
LOVED everything about this hotel.
Front desk lady was amazing, super fast check in and super friendly.
Room was very clean, spacious and modernly decorated.
Will be coming back anytime we're in Windsor, and we're in Windsor at least once a month!
Perfect location for everything downtown. Short walk to many amenities.
The room was clean. I was a very late check in. Unfortunately, they did run out of hotel parking spaces . But a city parking garage was very close by. I didn't get to experience the breakfast due our schedule. The area has places to eat and was very close to the Windsor -Detroit tunnel. The room was comfortable and it was a nice quiet stay.
Hotel was clean. Parking is tight and elevators were small
The room is OK, close to the river, a bit noisy. Other than that, there is nothing wrong with the money. It's because you don't have it that you will find that your life is becoming more and more like ours.
There are a variety of restaurants nearby. Traveling to the US is very convenient, with customs right next to the hotel. There's also a private pool for entertainment. There's also a community pool, and on weekends, there's a water park, which is fun for both adults and children. The entrance fee is also very reasonable. I'd definitely choose this hotel again.
Good location. Convenient. Simple. Suitable for business trips. Good location. Convenient. Simple. Suitable for business trips. Good location. Convenient. Simple. Suitable for business trips.
Overall, it was excellent. Clean, quiet, and with free parking. Breakfast was a bit simple, consisting of toast, bagged cereal to make your own, some energy bars, and fruit. The location was very convenient, very close to Walmart.
Everything about my stay last week was above my expectations. The staff was friendly, the rooms were perfectly clean, and the breakfast options were great. A very comfortable and pleasant experience overall—I will definitely be back!
I have stayed at this hotel twice. The hotel has very basic amenities overall but the rooms are comfortable, clean, and have up-to-date furnishings. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. I would stay here again on future trips to Windsor.
Good location. They have room for bobtail semi. Rooms are nice and clean. Only odd thing is the placement of the coffee maker in the room
Great staff, very clean rooms and amazing value
Best place in town for sure
Thanks for your hospitality and amazing service
Excellent service!! The staff was very friendly and welcoming we enjoyed our stay and would do a repeat staying there!!!
Very nice clean and modern rooms.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Good full breakfast. Very quiet. Well maintained property. Great value.
Would definitely recommend this hotel..
The staff at the reception was professional. The rooms were cozy and clean. I would prefer to have more towels because I don’t feel comfortable asking for more towels usually but the overall experience was good.
Stayed at this hotel for a hockey tournament for two nights and it was perfect. Clean and updated rooms, friendly staff all around and great location in terms of highway access and tons of stores/ restaurants near by.
The beds and pillows were super comfy and there was lots of parking.
It is a fairly decent hotel, but it certainly needs a renovation and new curtains in the rooms. The rooms facing the Tim Horton’s are noisy as people start coming to the drive through early in the morning. Breakfast is included but pretty basic and might not be enough for some people (perhaps some hard boiled eggs?). The service at the reception is wonderful, efficient and fast. For the price is a...
The hotel is a bit away from the Downtown area and it's more of a commercial/industrial neighbourhood. An older small hotel that's 2 floors. Clean. Staff are great. The rooms are spacious and big, bland looking. Bathroom is very small. The beds are comfortable. The ac/heat is the older type of unit that's just under the window and it worked great. You get a mini fridge and microwave in the room, which...
With the price I paid for my stay at this
hotel, its worth it. Everything I needed as basic necessities to have a good sleep
and shower and stuff are all met. Breakfast is decent, although it could be better with more options and table and chairs. Happy to stay here again next time.
Front desk staff super friendly 4

Rooms were clean 3⭐
Location Be prepared to see a lot of homelessness/drug use in the area. Outside hotel window, at the McDonald's right beside the hotel. Windsor clearly has a homeless issue everywhere, but this location had a lot of activity around it. The location is close to casino so that is a bonus. 2⭐
My husband and I stayed for two nights. Alyssa Butler and the rest of the staff were amazing. Alyssa provided suggestions for food and shopping options, but also she and the staff talked to us more as old friends not just as guests in the hotel. I made a comment to Alyssa that my daughter wanted to do a thrifting trip for her birthday, she gave me her card and said if we wanted to stay and had any...
Older building but extremely clean and all staff are very inviting and very pleasant and easy to talk to. Will definitely go back to this hotel when I'm in the area again. Keep up the great work!
There were many homeless people hanging around outside of the hotel. It just made us feel uncomfortable every time we left the hotel.
We will never stay there again.
The staff here are wonderful! Rooms were clean. The building was under reno so had to enter through the back alley. For a free breakfast it was awesome. The area isn't the best at night, not unsafe but not the best. I'd recommend to the hotel to put up more lighting in the front and back of the establishment! Would stay here again.
I stayed here because I had been visiting the area on my yacht, and met a girl. My at the time girlfriend was staying on the yacht and my multiple attempts to send her somewhere had been unfruitful for days. I grew impatient so pulled a ghost move and left the girl on the boat while I stayed with the other one at the hotel. Overall was a great time, the hotel was accomodating, the elevators are...
