Toilet has smell and exhaust fan is very loud. Can’t sleep with the exhaust fan on.
In my room, there is no internet signal so have to rely on hotel WiFi.
To make matters worse, accessing the hotel lobby was very inconvenient. There are multiple flights of stairs, and carrying several pieces of luggage up and down during check-in & check-out was exhausting. What made it even more frustrating was that no staff offered any assistance at all.
The service was equally disappointing. Some of the staff, particularly the male staff members, were rude and unhelpful when we tried to raise our concerns.
Our group had booked two rooms and originally planned to stay for 17 nights. However, due to these issues, we decided to check out after just the third night and transfer to a better hotel.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here—especially for families with young children.
