Yitel Hotel(Guangzhou Pazhou Exhibition Center Canton Tower) in Guangzhou

I was on a business trip and booked this hotel because it was close to my event location. The lobby is lovely, the facilities are great, and it's very clean. I got a good deal booking through Ctrip. It's conveniently located near Canton Tower with excellent transport links. I'll definitely book here again. Highly recommended!

My husband and i had a great stay at Yitel. Location was perfect, close enough to the canton fair with free hotel bus service to and from the fair. So many shops within the surrounding area which was great including a pharmacy should the need arise. The hotel and the rooms where clean and tidy and had all basic needs. They also provide free laundry self service (washing and drying machines). The service was superb, even when i struggled with ordering dinner on food delivery apps, the staff were always super helpful, especially Lily who was an absolute delight. I would recommend and would stay again. Only thing is the building does not look fancy from the outside but its fit for purpose being a business trip.

I have stayed at many hotels across many countries. None of them have come close to what the team at Yitel Hotel Guangzhou Pazhou Exhibition Center has shown me.
My arrival on April 27, 2026 was nothing short of a nightmare. My taxi driver drove off with my luggage and refused to return it without extra payment. I walked into Yitel stressed, emotional, and completely lost. Wendy and Allan didn’t hesitate for a single second. Wendy spoke to me with such calm and genuine reassurance that I immediately felt less alone. Together, they contacted the police and used their personal phones to translate between Chinese and English throughout the entire process — advocating for me until my belongings were returned. They didn’t just do their jobs. They showed up for a stranger like she mattered.
That alone would have earned five stars. But Yitel gave me even more.
I extended my stay by four days — because I simply didn’t want to leave. When my Chinese SIM card stopped working at checkout, senior staff member Lemy personally walked me to a China Mobile office to get a new number sorted. On her own time. Without being asked. Cici and Lily were equally extraordinary throughout my stay — warm, patient, and always ready with their phones to translate at any moment’s notice. Not once did I feel like a burden. Every single time, I felt like family.
The rooms are spotless. Every detail reflects a team that genuinely takes pride in what they do.
Wendy, Allan, Lemy, Cici, Lily — you are not just hotel staff. You are the reason people come back. You are the reason I am already planning my return.
Yitel is not just a place to sleep. It is a place where people look after you. 5 stars — without hesitation, without reservation, without question.

The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. The lady in the laundry room on the 5th floor was also very helpful. I really hope the hotel renews its lease for this building and renovates soon to make the environment more comfortable and update the facilities. Keep up the good work! Check in was painfully slow. Reception people speak chinese only but were quite helpful.

I always stay here for the Canton Fair. The shuttle service is very convenient, and it's only about 2-3 kilometers from the exhibition center. I also appreciate that the front desk called to remind me when I forgot something and even mailed it back to me. It's very reassuring.

Overall a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the location is convenient, especially near Canton Tower and the exhibition center. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were decent and met basic needs. A good option for business travelers.

Very close to the subway station, just a few minutes walk. Good soundproofing; even though it's on a busy street, it's not noisy at night. Clean and a nice environment overall.
