Highly recommend this hotel! The service was incredibly warm and personal, truly exceeding my expectations – I just had to leave a glowing review! What touched me most was the hotel's thoughtful service. My child wasn't feeling well, and when we casually mentioned it, the staff immediately brought a thermometer and kindly inquired about their condition, which was so heartwarming. When discussing our travel plans, the front desk was very understanding. After learning our arrangements, they graciously allowed us to check out early, without rigidly enforcing a strict checkout time, offering great flexibility that made our stay even better.

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortably laid out, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel's location is convenient for transportation, yet the surroundings are peaceful, ensuring a quiet night's rest. All the staff were friendly and responsive. Compared to standardized accommodations, this kind of empathetic and personable service is a huge plus. It's my top choice for family trips, and I'll definitely be staying here again!

Both the public areas and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, and having a panoramic balcony was a wonderful bonus! The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient, really close to the metro station, making it easy to get anywhere. The breakfast was also rich and fresh. I stayed for three nights, and overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the price. This will definitely be my top choice next time I visit Guangzhou.

When I came to Guangzhou, I discovered a true gem of a hotel – Light Inn Guangzhou Tower Xingang Middle Road. Its location is absolutely superb, just a stone's throw from Kecun Metro Station. You can walk to the foot of the Canton Tower, and by simply opening or standing by your window, you're greeted with unexpected views of the sparkling Canton Tower, making for incredibly photogenic moments. Downstairs, you'll find the bustling Liying Plaza and Zhuying Starlight City Night Market, making it incredibly convenient for both authentic Cantonese late-night snacks and shopping – truly commendable.

Though situated in a vibrant commercial district, the hotel's interior is a haven of comfort. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding offers that familiar, soft, skin-friendly Atour-level comfort, ensuring a full night's sleep. The soundproofing is also excellent, making for very quiet nights. The most delightful surprise was having a cute robot deliver my takeout right to the door – thoughtful and innovative! Breakfast was also incredibly generous, with both Chinese and Western options. The freshly baked waffles were fragrant and delicious, and the DIY aspect added a lot of fun.

From the warm and professional front desk staff to every thoughtful detail in the room, the entire stay far exceeded expectations, offering incredible value for money. The next time I visit Guangzhou, this will still be my top choice, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the charm of Guangzhou up close! ✨

Loved every thing about this small.hotel called Atour Lite. It was cozy..But the best thing were the staff. Each and every one of them were simply serving behond the call of duty for us non Chinese speakers. I wouldmost definitely return and stay here again. Excellent location

I had a very satisfying stay here. I hadn't planned where to stay in Guangzhou, so I only booked a room in the evening, but the hotel promptly called me back to confirm my arrangements.
The location is close to Canton Tower, and my room even had a view of it.
The service was excellent. They even offered room service for breakfast when I was in a hurry.
One last suggestion: I usually choose chain hotels, and I only picked this one because my usual options weren't available (but it turned out to be great!). I only realized upon arrival that it's part of the Atour brand. I recommend adding this to the hotel's name; I believe it would attract more guests.

The room was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious – the staff even mentioned we could take it back to our room. The front desk staff was very friendly and provided excellent service, allowing us a late check-out. They even had umbrellas available to borrow when it rained heavily.

This hotel is my literally my home in China ,we stayed for over 20 days and the staff were like family , this was our third time and we will always book it when we travel to guandzhou.

My packages kept coming and they helped keep them safe, they lifted heavy boxes with me, something which is not even part of their job description and I’m truly grateful for that .

They will do your laundry and hang it on your door with no extra charges, I know it was not easy hosting us for so long with the packages not stopping .

Since I'll be on a business trip here for half a month, I've already contacted the front desk today to extend my stay. The service is excellent, and all requests are handled quickly. Also, the hotel's breakfast is really good; starting each day with a bowl of noodles and soy milk before heading out kickstarts a productive day.
