The room was okay, but I booked with breakfast and they didn't provide it. Can I get a refund for the breakfast? It's not that I didn't eat it, it's that they didn't offer it to me.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in this year. First, I specifically requested a room away from the elevator and the road because I had an early start and a packed schedule the next day, but my request wasn't honored. Second, the room had a musty smell, and the toilet was dirty. Third, there was constant banging and knocking at night, and the hallway was never quiet. The soundproofing was absolutely terrible; I still couldn't fall asleep past 3 AM. Overall, the experience was incredibly bad. If it weren't for its proximity to my destinations, I definitely wouldn't book here again.

The room was very comfortable, and I frequently stay here. The service is excellent, and there's free parking available. I'll definitely choose this place again next time; it was a very pleasant stay.

The price went up because it was the weekend, but the room was still the same. It was decent enough, and all the basic toiletries were provided. There's also free parking available. A bus stop right outside the door connects you to the subway, so getting around is convenient. I guess this must be an old part of town!

The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful. The room's decor was lovely, making for a very comfortable sleep. The room size was decent, and it was wonderfully quiet for resting. Plus, they let me store my luggage after check-out, which was a big plus!

The pictures accurately reflect the room, and the decor is simple yet stylish. Everything is clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area has convenient transportation options. I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Smoke smell all over the hotel. two hotels joined together. borman is nice but more expensive. the hotel by the name Hengchao is the same hotel, except they occupy first two floors with older rooms and not renovated. Overall ok except the reviews and pictures are a little misleading.

Hotel consist of borrman and the other older hotel. room is ok. a bit old. dim and things are starting to fall apart. water pressure is good. aervice is good. lobby is nice but people smoke in it. they do serve coffee though. location is far from metro. really need to cycle or take a didi. just too far to walk unless have the luxury of time to walk there casually which should take 25 min or more. my bathroom sink tap fell apart during my stay. first time witness such a thing in a hotel that has got such high rating. but it felt misleading by the pictures online. still it is a good stay.
