Really just got tortured.
Never expected such treatment from trip.com, they must refund entire amount charged for this hotel.
The TV and wifi did not work for us, so we switched rooms. Initially the receptionist lied to us and told us there were no other rooms. However, the cleaning lady judged our room to be too inhospitable so she requested a room change for us finally. Still, the TV in the new room did not work and the wifi required a local phone number which we did not have. The cleaning lady used her phone number to help us.
Throughout the stay, there was construction noise (drilling, hammering, people shouting), even until 22:30. In the hotel, people were regularly shouting and smoking. And one time, the cleaning lady forgot to clean our room for the day.
Location was shady as we had to take a small backstreet to the location. Trains were noisy, running through the night and walking us up too.
Some plus points was that it is close to the train station. Cleaning lady was a good one.
Overall, a nightmarish and disgusting stay that led to sleep deprivation.
