The hotel is okay, staff were helpful. Needs improvement in serving various breakfast menu. The food were the same during the 4 days of our stay. Cigarette smoke from other rooms got into our room and at one point almost suffocating that we had to open the windows. Talking and coughing noises from the other room can be heard clearly and quite disturbing especially at night.

Old hotel but very near Pazhou exhibition center. Shuttle bus service.
I had very bad sleep because of poor Mattress it soft like a rock it made back pain.
Chair in room very old and poor maintenance.
Breakfast is quite good but every day is same manu.
Traveling to hotel :
Take Metro Line 8 Exit B turn back 200-300 m walking distance.

A very pleasant experience at Pazhou Hotel. Communication/language is a problem in China but the staff was very helpful in every way like arranging taxi or explaining the way to nearby places. I enjoyed breakfast daily (no issues if you eat non veg), could be an issue with those who are vegetarian as mostly Non veg food is on menu(even MacDonalds in Guangzhou had only Chicken Burgers).... Modiesha metro station is only a 5 minutes walk from hotel and about 2 kms from Canton Fair Complex!!!!

They do not understand English.... only one person at the reception is able to understand and converse in English. Breakfast at the hotel is average... The rooms do not have lockers... Moreover bar at the hotel charges you extra over the menu. When you complain about overcharging, they ask to go somewhere else...
The only advantage this hotel has is that is walking distance from Modiesha metro station... Overall a poor experience...

PLEASE READ!!!!!I wanted to give a half star but it won't let me. I got to the hotel at midnight, even though I already paid for my hotel they lie by saying I can't have my room at 12:00 pm my check in is at 7:30 am am due to no room. they said they can give me room until 12:00 pm almost $550 Canadians dollars. it's 7:30 am and no room here. it's crazy how they are doing this I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. And I can't cancel the booking. so have been sitting in the lobby for 7 hours and still no room!!!!!!!
