2, When checking in, tell the front desk that I like the room towards the school, I like quiet. The front desk said that there was only a middle section of the room. The middle section has nothing to do with the direction, the business is not familiar.
3, the hotel was renovated, the room door is closed when, very loud, resulting in the evening such as 23:00, other rooms closed when, can hear a loud noise, very scary. You can’t ask other guests not to close their doors right?
4, sash window mats have, carpets, have pet urine smell, close to have a pungent smell. I gave feedback to the cleaning staff and didn't let me change the mat after taking it away, nor did they tell me to change the room.
5. I am a frequent visitor and have lived here for many years. Does your hotel have no system to manage customer preferences? I understand you raise prices, but I can't understand that you raise prices and lower service levels.
6, no "Welcome to sleep milk" and other page promise content.
