The hotel's exterior is beautiful, and the interior boasts classic European decor. While not brand new, it's very clean. It's located right on the Taohua River, and quite close to all the attractions in the city.

The rooms and conference rooms are decorated in a completely European style. Breakfast was quite good, especially the rice noodles. It's also very close to many attractions. From behind the room, you can see a continuous range of mountains.

Throughout the hotel, you can see traditional Miao silver ornament paintings adorning the walls, and the lobby is quite grand. There's also a year-round heated swimming pool in the basement. The front desk staff were very attentive during check-in. Highly recommend!

I specifically sought out a hotel with a Republic of China era vibe online, and it was fantastic, truly stunning! Perfect for photoshoots and check-ins, and the environment is lovely too. It's right by Rong Lake, so it's convenient to get anywhere. They even gave me a complimentary upgrade to a suite – awesome!

The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, and the room was spacious and clean. They offered afternoon tea and had an outdoor garden. Plus, there's a private entrance from the hotel directly into Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area, so you can get there and snap a picture in just three minutes! Five stars, absolutely!

Quiet room, well equipped with a mini fridge. We slept well. Nice free tea and cakes. No lift and 3 floors but a nice free carrier service.

Right next to Elephant Trunk Hill, you can enter the park without a reservation, which is super convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Elephant Trunk Hill Park. The hygiene was very good. We got to try on traditional ethnic clothing, and the bathroom was huge. The window overlooked the park. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guilin.
