staffs are good!

I originally thought it was an educational hotel or training base, so it would be better.
Facilities: We're from the north, and we couldn't even lift our heads to shower there; it was too low. And we had to poop facing the mirror.
Environment: The roadside is under construction, so cars can't even get in. It's not good. Are any of you good friends here making recommendations?

The hotel is well located and easy to get around and walk to the most touristy areas of Guilin. It's a basic hotel. The room we were given had two single beds, a small table in between, a table with a chair, and the sink in the entrance. The shower and toilet were separate. The room is spacious. It has clean sheets and towels. However, the room itself was poorly cleaned. The shower and toilet leaked, and part of the bathroom flooded when we showered. It "dried" in the hot weather, but we had to use a towel for that purpose. We also found a live cockroach, and when we moved the beds to try to kill it, we discovered a garbage can underneath, filled with sunflower seeds and other food scraps, lots of dust, and hair. In fact, there were long, black hairs on all the furniture in the room and in corners of the floor, and neither of us have ***** or long hair. Regarding the breakfast buffet, the quality is acceptable, but they serve the same thing every morning. We also didn't find any tea, coffee, or anything to drink except milk.

For the price we paid, it's not bad, but we certainly wouldn't go back.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice clean room. Good location, off main road, many restaurants nearby, very near to airport bus terminal. Elephant Trunk Hill Park less than a kilometer walk away.

The location is not that great for the price, the mountain view room does not satisfy, breakfast was not bad but not good either.

Service: The service staff is friendly and will guide you to park your car. The service staff in the building are also good.
Facilities: The bathroom seems a bit small, especially the height of the bathroom is not high enough, which makes it feel oppressive.

The room is clean and hygienic, parking is convenient and free,
Service: Warm and polite, close to the scenic area.

The room I stayed in last time was ok, but this time the water in the bathroom didn't flow down and flowed into the toilet, making everything wet. Another common problem with the room is that there is no table for luggage, no TV cabinet, and no place to put clothes and towels in the bathroom. The room decoration design is a bit problematic.

I booked this hotel for my parents in 2013 and they thought it was good, so they also booked it this time. From my personal point of view, the advantages of this hotel are: it is close to the scenic area, and it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the Elephant Trunk Hill and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes Scenic Area. There are many places to eat around, and the room is very clean and there is plenty of hot water. The downside is that the parking yard is too small. You have to give your car keys to the front desk when you go there, and you need to move the car in various ways when you go out. This is not very friendly for self-driving, especially for those who are in a hurry. The room facilities are relatively simple. The family room only has a table and chairs, and it is not easy to put the luggage. However, the price of this hotel is very cheap. During the Spring Festival, a family room with breakfast is only more than 200 yuan, and a double standard room is only more than 100 yuan, which is very cost-effective.

The room is very clean. We are a family of four traveling together. The children like the room very much. The space is quite large. It is a good experience to stay here. The decoration is relatively new and the sanitation is cleaned in a timely manner. It is recommended to stay here. It is clean and safe.
