The hotel's location is excellent, and the night view is absolutely stunning. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. Lucky provided excellent service. This was by far the best experience of our trip to Henan.

This is the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at! I paid extra to upgrade to a King Lake View room, and as you can see in the video, all you get is a view of countless fences! Lake view? Ha, don't even get me started! The so-called 'Corn Tower' is only good for admiring from afar; staying there is definitely not worth it!!! And let's talk about the buffet on the 38th floor. It's 288 per person for hotel guests, which is absolutely not worth the price! The ingredients are worse than what you'd find in a regular restaurant. They claimed it was due to the ***** New Year and difficulties in sourcing ingredients, but then why not just close for a few days? Knowing this and still charging such prices is clearly ripping off customers! I booked for 3 days but left after just one! It was truly terrible, and this bad review is absolutely justified!

It's true that this is an older hotel with outdated facilities. However, it's very convenient to walk around the lake downstairs, and the view is great. The only downside is the dirty windows, which is a major flaw. On the other hand, the breakfast is very good and parking is convenient. The hotel's front desk and the greeters on the first floor all provide excellent service.

The hotel is located right inside the 'Big Corn' building, so the location is absolutely fantastic. There's plenty of food and drinks available downstairs, and there's even a shopping mall nearby. The room was quite clean and spacious enough. My only minor complaint is that the bathwater was a bit yellowish when I first started filling it up. Also, the air conditioning was a bit too strong, making the room a little cold.

Located in the heart of the new district's CBD, it's just a short walk to the Convention and Exhibition Center subway station. The facilities are excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Chloe's service was incredibly attentive. This place offers superb value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Zhengzhou.

We chose the JW Marriott Hotel (the 'Corn Building') when driving through the city. Getting into the hotel was a nightmare with traffic. After finally making it in, we were told there was no surface parking available and were directed to the underground garage. We ended up in B3 with no staff to guide us. We spent ten minutes circling B3 looking for a spot and eventually parked in an unmarked space. When checking in, I explained the situation to the front desk, and the lady there said we had still taken a spot belonging to another company. So, we had to go down to park again, this time with a bellhop, and parked a long way off. It was extremely inconvenient. We had to transfer elevators twice to get to the lobby on the 38th floor. The room itself was just average, nothing special, and felt a bit dated. The bathroom was small, and my child even bumped their head. It definitely didn't feel like a five-star hotel, especially considering the price. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was spacious and bright, and very clean. My late-night room service order arrived promptly. Check-in at the lobby was efficient, and getting a taxi was easy, though traffic could be an issue.

Just got back from my trip during Chinese New Year. The outdoor temperature soared to around 25°C these past few days, and the room felt stuffy. Since it's a central AC system, I couldn't adjust the cooling myself. I had to ask staff to help open the windows for some ventilation (they needed special tools), which made it a bit better. The sanitary facilities were quite good, though. As for food: the hotel offers afternoon tea and an evening buffet (there were about 4 dishes, but we didn't eat it so I'm not sure about the specific items). For getting around: Metro Line 1 is right next door, so getting around was pretty convenient.

I stayed on the 46th floor. I was originally given an executive room, but since there were no executive twin rooms available, they switched me to a lake view double. The room was decent, considering the hotel has been around for a while. It really wasn't as bad as some online reviews claim! Plus, the hotel's surroundings are lovely, perfect for a relaxing walk after dinner. The food at the executive lounge was just okay, but the service was excellent! Ms. Wendy made us feel like family, which was especially comforting since we were traveling during the Chinese New Year. A huge thank you to her! Overall, it's a good hotel! I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.
