After the change in management, the lobby now has a good number of reception staff, which creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, and the service attitude is great; everyone from the front desk to the doormen is polite and courteous. The management is very detail-oriented. 👏

Traveling to Changsha with my child, I looked at many hotels and finally chose Wanda Vista Hotel. The location is great, very close to Wuyi Square but not noisy. It's also very near the river, making it convenient to visit Orange Isle and Yuelu Academy. There are snack shops and bubble tea stores right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. The hotel service was also excellent. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is super convenient! It's right next to Wanda Plaza, so there are plenty of dining options, plus a trendy 'influencer street' nearby. The subway is just a few minutes' walk, and you can even stroll to Wuyi Square. There's also a bus stop right outside that takes you directly to Wenheyou. Basically, it's incredibly well-situated. The room itself was also great, with excellent facilities and dining. Highly recommend!

The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and comfortable. The cleaning lady thoughtfully added a few extra hangers and even left a handwritten note, which was a lovely touch!

The service was truly excellent, from the welcoming staff at the main entrance to the friendly ladies at the front desk, everyone was so enthusiastic.
The location is also great, away from the hustle and bustle of Wuyi Square, right at the intersection of Chaozong Street, with the Xiang River and Orange Isle directly opposite.
Breakfast was very plentiful, though for soups, besides fish noodle soup, there weren't any small wontons or similar items. The soy milk and fried dough sticks were unique and delicious.
As for the facilities, they were standard, but I was a bit surprised by the lack of welcome fruit, and having to pay a deposit also felt a bit old-fashioned.

My experience at Wanda Vista Changsha was exceptional! A special thanks to our butler, Stellar, who was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. They proactively checked in with us, responded to our requests super fast, and paid attention to the smallest details. The hotel's service team is professional and efficient, making us feel completely at home. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the room was clean and comfortable. The five-star service truly lives up to its reputation. It's definitely my top choice when visiting Changsha!

The room was spacious, tidy, and clean. The bedding was very comfortable. The river view room offered beautiful night scenery. The front desk upgraded me to a river view room for free since one was available. It was exceptionally quiet at night. The doormen were all very polite, and the front desk service was excellent. I would choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The front office service at Wanda Vista Changsha was absolutely amazing! Jackwen was professional and friendly, making check-in and check-out quick and efficient. He was patient and meticulous throughout, answering all my questions. His service was thoughtful and thorough; he proactively provided details about travel and room types. He was approachable and polite, paying attention to every service detail. The lobby environment is elegant and grand, and the front office team is exceptionally well-trained. I felt completely pampered throughout my stay. A perfect experience, definitely worth a five-star recommendation!
