Zhangjiajie Travel Top Pick! This hotel truly encompassed all the comforts of our trip.

Choosing this hotel for our trip to Zhangjiajie was an absolute game-changer! Its location is simply prime, right next to 'Xiangxi Impression,' allowing us to soak in the rich local culture with a leisurely stroll. The area is brimming with restaurants, so there's no need to pore over guides; we could just head downstairs and sample all sorts of local delicacies. The biggest surprise was being able to walk to the Zhangjiajie scenic area, saving us the hassle of transportation and maximizing our efficiency.

Beyond its unbeatable location, the hotel's facilities and service were incredibly impressive. The overall decor is refined and grand, exuding quality everywhere, making for a truly satisfying stay. The daily breakfast was another highlight: a wide variety of options, including hot dishes, pastries, and beverages, all well-balanced nutritionally. It was perfect for fueling up before a day of sightseeing.

Whether it's the facilities, service, dining experience, or convenience for getting around, this hotel is simply flawless. We were incredibly satisfied with our stay, and we'll definitely choose it again on our next visit to Zhangjiajie!

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided during my recent stay at your hotel. In particular, I would like to commend Tom and his colleagues for their outstanding professionalism and attentiveness. Their dedication significantly enhanced my experience.

The hotel's prime location also proved to be a considerable advantage, making my visit even more enjoyable and convenient.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend your hotel to others. I look forward to the opportunity to stay with you again in the future.

The hotel is located on the commercial street, very close to the Wulingyuan entrance. We checked in right after the October National Holiday, so it wasn't crowded. The hotel kindly upgraded us to an executive suite and offered breakfast in the executive lounge area. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a great variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, and everything tasted delicious! Plus, the hotel has a heated swimming pool and sauna, which were free to use. It was a truly enjoyable experience.

17.10.2025 Sunny

Excellent hotel room at a great location that is within the walking distance from the park entrance or a short taxi ride away. Very friendly staff from the memont of arriving until checking out! I was able to store my luggage after checking out.

The views are absolutely stunning, and the visibility is excellent. We were upgraded to a room with a mountain view, which was very spacious and even had a bathtub. You could see the entire mountain range from the room. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive.

This hotel is one of the best value-for-money options near the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The facilities are great, the rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. The breakfast is very generous, and they didn't even charge for children, which makes it fantastic value for money.

Facilities: As an established five-star hotel, it's top-notch. The rooms are huge, and you even get a mountain view. I forgot to take pictures of the interior...
Cleanliness: No major issues.
Environment: It's a fifteen-minute walk to the East Gate of the Forest Park and a five-minute walk to Charming Xiangxi. The area outside the hotel is very lively, so the location is excellent.
Breakfast: Standard fare.
In summary: Highly recommended, great value for money.

02.10.2025 M325395****

We stayed here right before the National Day holiday. The front desk staff, Wendy and Jenny, were so thoughtful; knowing we had a 12-year-old with us, they kindly upgraded our room. It was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel is only about 1 km from the East Gate of the scenic area, a quick 3-minute taxi ride, so you don't have to worry about getting tired from walking. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and food delivery is fast, making it ideal for families with children.

Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!
