The rest of the staff were very nice and polite.
The room, as well as the overall hotel interior and atmosphere, was really good. We booked a twin room, and although the room size was a bit small, it was still comfortable.
Regarding room service, it seems they forgot to clean our room on the first day. I also requested two toothbrushes, but they brought new ones again the next day. Interestingly, the “Do Not Disturb / Please Clean” sign was only delivered right before we checked out, even though it should have been provided on the first day 😅
Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided pretty good service. The location is slightly away from the city center.
