The hotel environment is excellent, and the breakfast is particularly rich with a good mix of Western and Chinese options. The hotel facilities are also very comprehensive, including a laundry room, gym, and even smart devices like Xiaodu. The short-haired lady with thick eyebrows and big eyes at the front desk was thoughtful and enthusiastic. I'll definitely come again! Five stars! [Strong]

This Sheraton hotel in Hohhot is located in the old city, very close to the Hohhot train station. The hotel facilities are good, but perhaps due to the May Day holiday, the service was a bit slow. In particular, the front desk phone was constantly busy, which meant urgently needed toiletries couldn't be delivered in time.

The room was clean and had an old-fashioned charm. I was staying with a friend who got quite drunk, and Mr. Pan at the front desk quickly helped me with the check-in and even assisted me in getting my friend back to the room. I truly appreciate his help!

I have stayed here for many times! The overall feeling is good! There are many blind spots in the sanitation. Although the decoration is relatively old, why don't such a good hotel strengthen its management? If the sanitation, service and management are strengthened, I believe it will be even better!

The service attitude is OK. The equipment is average, but it is the best hard bed I have ever stayed in. The sanitary conditions are OK, but the parking lot is under renovation, which is a bit inconvenient this time.

We stayed there for a one peaceful night and it was so great. The room and toilet is so clean, they did a good job. Also the location is very easy to reach, it’s just right next to the Inner Mongolian Normal University. It has a near bus stop, and renting bikes outside. The front desk was so friendly!

Although the room facilities are a bit old, the service staff are very enthusiastic and the hygiene is also very clean
