Ulan Hotel is a truly warm and inviting place. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are not only clean but also feature a separate wet/dry area and a bathtub. The bed linens are crisp and fresh, and I especially loved the comfortable buckwheat pillow. The friendly and enthusiastic lady with the thick eyebrows at the front desk even walked me to the elevator after check-in – five stars for her excellent service! I'll definitely be back!

The hotel environment is excellent, and the breakfast is particularly rich with a good mix of Western and Chinese options. The hotel facilities are also very comprehensive, including a laundry room, gym, and even smart devices like Xiaodu. The short-haired lady with thick eyebrows and big eyes at the front desk was thoughtful and enthusiastic. I'll definitely come again! Five stars! [Strong]

Facilities: The amenities were pretty standard. The phone was broken, and there were mosquitoes at night. I couldn't find any mosquito coils, so I didn't sleep at all. It was fixed the next day, and they provided mosquito coils, which was better. The mattress was quite comfortable though.
Hygiene: The hotel is relatively new, and the hygiene was acceptable.
Environment: It's in the city center, so the environment was just average.
Service: The staff attitude was quite good.

Excellent! The location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. It's a great choice for business trips, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was spotless, even in the corners. It was super convenient having the robot deliver takeout directly to my room after I entered the room number. The dining area was also very clean and tidy. The freshly pulled noodles with side dishes were a real treat. All the front desk staff were very friendly and chatty, and the hotel itself felt luxurious and high-end. They were always clear and helpful when I had questions.

First off, the service was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the 'Smiling Sister' (as I called her) who was always happy to help with anything we needed and even recommended some local food for us – much appreciated! The hotel environment is also quite good; the lobby is very grand and spacious, and there are some shops on the ground floor you can browse. As for facilities, they pretty much have everything you'd expect. The only minor drawback was that the shower in the bathroom was a bit small. A friendly heads-up: the hotel slippers are really good quality, but you can't take them with you unless you want to pay for them. Overall, I had a very good experience.

I have to give a shout-out to the lovely lady at the front desk with the bright eyes and a big, beautiful smile. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home! The breakfast spread was huge, and their siu mai (steamed dumplings) were absolutely divine – seriously delicious!

Facilities: They have a self-service laundry room, a gym, and free Tesla charging. The robot delivery service for meals is very convenient.
Cleanliness: The bedding in the room was very fresh, and every nook and cranny was spotless, with no hidden dirty spots. It made me feel very comfortable staying here.
Environment: The lobby looks very upscale, and the overall environment is excellent.
Service: There's a young lady in the lobby who always greets you with a bright, infectious smile that's both therapeutic and uplifting – it really put me in a good mood! Also, you absolutely must try the dairy products and siu mai for breakfast; they were delicious! Thumbs up!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is grand and luxurious, and the service is impeccable. The staff always greeted me warmly, especially the short-haired lady at the front desk who was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The room was spotless, with no dead spots for dirt.
