Hanting Hotel Kunshan Qiandeng Ancient Town in Kunshan

Here for a business trip and it isn't bad, but it's also not the best. Would stay again if I needed to.

Having a swimming pool is great.
Restaurant food was also delicious.

The hotel is in a quiet location, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is warm. The Chinese restaurant on the first floor is delicious, the crispy eel and white fish are especially good (I forgot to take pictures) and the price is affordable. The breakfast is rich in variety. The overall cost performance is good, and I will consider staying next time I come to Qiandeng.

This time, I stayed at the Ramada Hotel with my friends and had a great experience! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept well. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful. The concierge not only took the initiative to help with the luggage, but also patiently recommended surrounding attractions and food. The room lady was very gentle, responsive, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits. The room also has a bathtub, and a bathtub cover is provided free of charge, which is clean and hygienic. When I checked out, the legacy called me as soon as possible, which was really thoughtful. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is also very good. The location is excellent, it is also close to Qiandeng Ancient Town, convenient for travel, and the cost performance is super high. I strongly recommend it to everyone!

The room is clean and tidy, with beautiful scenery. The hotel decoration is heavy and grand. The hotel service is meticulous and thoughtful, the service staff are all active and enthusiastic, the team cooperates well, and helps each other. The chef in the Chinese restaurant on the first floor is highly skilled and has a precise grasp of the heat. The steamed fish is tender and delicious. It is the best steamed white water fish I have ever eaten. The fried snails with sauce are also fried just right. The next day at noon, I ordered fried fish Aozao noodles. The fried fish was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was great 👏 The red soup noodles were also soft and chewy. The gym downstairs is also very comfortable. The swimming pool temperature is very good and warm. It is a high-quality hotel. If some self-service washing and drying machines are installed in the future, you can stay for a few days.

The decoration is OK. Hardware details need to be improved: the closet has no light and is very dark.
The room actually has disposable towels left by the previous guest that have not been cleaned, and the garbage in the trash can has not been collected cleanly. The breakfast coffee machine is broken, and there is no spare machine. At around 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, I found that the kettle could not boil water. After checking, I found that the wall plug was broken. No one answered the customer center phone.

Hotel is a bit old and the price wasn’t worth it for the night we spent there. Breakfast is ok, so-so nothing special. Reception was great and friendly. Restaurant food was fine.
