The duty manager, Manager Zhao, contacted us even before check-in. He arranged a Hoopoe-themed room for us this time and informed us of the check-in details. On the day of arrival, he contacted us in advance to greet us at the main entrance and helped with our luggage. The room came with a special telescope, Hoopoe-themed cushions, and bird-related decorations. My child loved it, and we'll definitely come again.

April, the most beautiful time of year, and I took advantage of a rare opportunity to travel. A huge thank you to Liu Qin, our guide from the hotel, for making this trip so special. She proactively added me on WeChat and thoughtfully helped us with directions, recommending nearby attractions and delicious food. When we arrived, a lovely young lady named Zhang Ting greeted us warmly, showing us to our room and explaining breakfast options and recreational facilities. In the evening, Jiajia and Xiao Wang even accompanied us on a stroll through Tongli Ancient Town, allowing us to experience the charm of a Jiangnan water town. The next morning, Xiao Cui guided us to the restaurant for breakfast. If only I had more time, I would have loved to stay a few more days. Looking forward to my next visit!

The room was very clean and tidy, and the environment was exceptionally good. It's right by Tongli Lake. The hotel itself is a Suzhou-style garden, and it's beautiful to walk around in spring. The photography service they partnered with was also excellent.

The newly renovated Tongli Lake Hotel is truly a breath of fresh air (I've stayed here before). From the front desk staff to the service personnel, everyone was courteous and polite, embodying the service standards of a five-star hotel. The breakfast is rich and highly recommended!

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The environment was serene and the place was spotless, making it perfect for a family vacation with kids. The complimentary travel photoshoot offered by the hotel was a great bonus; the photographer was incredibly nice. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is quite large with a serene environment, featuring a lakeside garden landscape. The staff are very polite, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is good. It's not too far to walk to the ancient town, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful Chinese New Year holiday at this hotel. The decorations were perfect for taking photos, and the service was thoughtful and warm. The security guard at the entrance even kindly told us about the shuttle bus to the ancient town and gave lollipops to the kids! The lantern show at Daguan Garden was absolutely stunning at night. Since there weren't many people, the kids had a blast running around the corridors. The complimentary travel photoshoot was great value for money, though posed shots aren't really suitable for young children, especially with two of them – props to the photographer for his patience! 😂 The Chinese New Year activities in the lobby were very entertaining. The indoor and outdoor kids' play areas, though not huge, kept the little ones occupied for a while. The heated pool's water was a bit cool, which could be improved. Overall, it's a great resort for families with both elderly parents and young children, and I noticed a surprisingly high number of seniors among the guests! 😝

A warm hotel with thoughtful and attentive service. I brought my family and one-year-old baby on this trip, and we met a group of very considerate hotel staff. A big thank you to Manager Wang Chuang 👍🏻, Zhang Ya, and Xiao Qiu – all of whom are truly passionate about their work. Zhang Ya even helped decorate the room before we checked in, which made both my family and the baby very happy!

The hotel environment is great, and the rooms have just been renovated but there's no unpleasant smell. The service is excellent! I'd especially like to thank Tingting at the front desk, Wang Zhi from housekeeping for the beautiful flowers, Xiaoyun at the kids' club for helping me find my baby's water bottle, and Wu Dan for the generous fruit delivery. Overall, the service was fantastic! [smiley faces] It's also very suitable for children, as they can feed koi, bunnies, black swans, and ducklings. The children's play facilities are also abundant.
